Introduction
Throughout the career of the teachers, they experiences the number of ups and down
because of changes of their roles and responsibilities or in the context of their life. At the
beginning and at the later phase of the career of the teacher is demanding as well as stressful.
There are some teachers who stay committed, positive as well as motivated, while there are
other teachers who are occupied with the troublesome issues and become disenchanted.
There are so many issues that are encountered in the professions of the teachers, however,
under this assignment, discussion will be done on the issues of the teaching to enable and
facilitate learning among the student in the growing educational trends (Gore, 2014).
Background: Roles and Context
The teachers who are responsible for the student with the special needs are
responsible for designing, assessing and supervising educational programs for the student.
They are expected for designing the programs for the students. The growing trends in the
education demands the teacher for being equipped as well as updated with the educational
trends in order to educate the learners. The teacher find it very difficult for balancing
different learning needs of their student, helping the parent as well as students for meeting
their long-term goals. These issues may arises because of lack of commitment towards
teaching, working so many roles at the same time, not having enough time for planning and
so on (Donohue & Bornman, 2014).
The main role of the teacher is for motivating the learner for developing as well as
aspiring for learning. The teacher may read about the delivering about the training and
facilitating training to them. Their role is not confined for just teaching the subject or
preparing the learner for the assessment rather they have wider scope. However, the focus of
their roles relates to inspiring the learner for change and developing the professional, personal

and social skills for best of their ability (Niemi, Toom & Kallioniemi, 2016). The ultimate
aim, under this respect, is for enabling the learners for understanding of taking responsibility
for their development (Farrell, 2016). The learning activities as well as teaching activities
have to be planned and prepared for taking into account the needs as well as well-being of the
individual and group. Hence, as the teacher, the important aspects should be carrying out the
initial assessment. There should be clear communication between the teacher, the learner as
well as other professional. The teacher should be promotions of the appropriate behavior as
well as respect for others (Sonia, 2017). They should promote appropriate behavior as well as
respect for others. There should be identification and meeting the needs of the individual
learners. Lastly, their role should be for being organized, aware of support mechanism and
being reflective that means if they are making any successes and mistakes then they should
learn from that (Beauchamp, 2015).
The teacher has the primary responsibility for ensuring the enrollment of the learner
in the correct course for meeting their needs and aspirations. They should ensure that the
learner is having the appropriate course in terms of meeting the awards as well as
organizational requirements. The teacher should be responsible for the promotions of the safe
as well as supportive environment of learning, promotions of equality and diversity. It aims at
adhering to the key regulatory requirements, legislations and the codes of practice (Jamil,
2014). They should model professional behavior all the times for inspiring to the learners
and ensuring their own behavior. In order to contribute to improve the achievement and
experience of the learners, they should contribute to the professional teams. Moreover, they
should keep accurate records of the progress of individual learners. This helps in providing
with the appropriate points of the referral as and when required (So & Kang, 2014).

An Educational Issue
There are educational issues, which are being faced these days on the part of the
professions of the teacher. These days’ teachers are not fulfilling their roles and
responsibilities in the effective manner, which is affecting the learner for their proper
development. In the growing and changing trends of the education, the teachers are expected
for adopting and implementing the changes so that the students are being informed and
updated with the changes (Salifu & Agbenyega, 2016).
Aims of Project
The aim of the study is for gaining the insights regarding the problems and issues in
the profession of the teacher for imparting leaning to the students in the growing trends of the
education. This study aims for knowing about the roles and responsibilities about the teacher
in respect of their teaching to their student and finding the ways by which teaching should
ensures growth and development of learners (Ghavifekr et al. 2016).
Guiding Questions
The guiding questions for this study are as follows:
 What are the issues that are being faced in the profession of teaching?
 How the growing trends in education is affecting the teacher as well as learner?
 How teacher should perform their roles and responsibilities for dealing with the wide
ranges of the needs of the student?
Conclusion
Hence, it concluded from the analysis that there should be artistry, creativity and
innovations in teaching by the teacher for integrating and teaching creativity in the
mainstream education. They should focus on creativeness, dramatic and artistic-imaginative
for the aim of promoting the inner desires for learning. There is continuing development as

well as changes in the education of teacher. Therefore, the teacher should must adjust to the
new development in the education. The teaching that establishes and supports the evidence
culture and demonstrates the learning improvement will help the learner for their
development in context with their career and behavior. Moreover, as the teacher, one of the
most important role of them is to motivate the learner for developing the ability as well as
aspirations of the learner. This would be done with the help of planning as well as preparing
the activities of teaching and learning, which takes into account the needs as well as the well-
being of the individual and group learners.
