Throughout the career of the teachers, they experiences the number of ups and down
because of changes of their roles and responsibilities or in the context of their life. At the
beginning and at the later phase of the career of the teacher is demanding as well as stressful.
There are some teachers who stay committed, positive as well as motivated, while there are
other teachers who are occupied with the troublesome issues and become disenchanted.
There are so many issues that are encountered in the professions of the teachers, however,
under this assignment, discussion will be done on the issues of the teaching to enable and
facilitate learning among the student in the growing educational trends (Gore, 2014).
Background: Roles and Context
The teachers who are responsible for the student with the special needs are
responsible for designing, assessing and supervising educational programs for the student.
They are expected for designing the programs for the students. The growing trends in the
education demands the teacher for being equipped as well as updated with the educational
trends in order to educate the learners. The teacher find it very difficult for balancing
different learning needs of their student, helping the parent as well as students for meeting
their long-term goals. These issues may arises because of lack of commitment towards
teaching, working so many roles at the same time, not having enough time for planning and
so on (Donohue & Bornman, 2014).
The main role of the teacher is for motivating the learner for developing as well as
aspiring for learning. The teacher may read about the delivering about the training and
facilitating training to them. Their role is not confined for just teaching the subject or

individual and group. Hence, as the teacher, the important aspects should be carrying out the
initial assessment. There should be clear communication between the teacher, the learner as
well as other professional. The teacher should be promotions of the appropriate behavior as
well as respect for others (Sonia, 2017). They should promote appropriate behavior as well as
respect for others. There should be identification and meeting the needs of the individual
learners. Lastly, their role should be for being organized, aware of support mechanism and
being reflective that means if they are making any successes and mistakes then they should
