INTRODUCTION
Teaching is a systematic process in which one-person guide or provide instructions to
another person. Nowadays, every student needs instruction and guidance to enable the
understanding of knowledge. The present report will provide detailed information about
importance of teaching. In every universities or school, a subject specialist is required to deliver
and create encouragement for the students. It is necessary to demonstrate creativity in learning
and teaching process. Furthermore, the study will explain about the aims of training and
education in every field or school. In addition to this, the study will describe about the structure
of key qualification in primary school and learning programmes in the same area. Along with
this, the study will analyse different ways in which learning and teaching resources meet the
individual needs of learners.

Learning and teaching is a systematic process that involves different variables, which
interact as learners work towards their strategic goals and objectives and incorporate new skills,
knowledge and attitudes that will add to their learning experience range. Training and
development is really necessary in today’s generation, it is the most powerful tool in order to
motivate students. Teachers and supervisors are giving learners possibility for a better future as it
will be beneficial for professional and personal development. For example- teachers in primary
school expose children to ideas and different topics, so that they can learn things easily. With the
help of teaching teachers can provide skills and knowledge to students in order to provide unique
service to meet the educational needs of learners.
The main purpose of teaching is to help other to learn new skills to achieve career goals and
aspirations. Training and development process is helpful to attend the needs of people and
making specific interventions to help learners (Dewi and Primayana, 2019). Training is the
process of learning new things with a objectives and goals of performing behaviour. On the other
hand, education is a process of learning new skills with an objective and target of acquiring
knowledge. It will improve the self-confidence and professional skills among people so that they
can acquire something in life. Teachers influence people by supporting them in the classroom as
a coach and counsellor.

The major aim of education is to give direction to the people living in society and students
studying in school. By adopting proper training and education process students can make their
life productive. It will impart deep knowledge to students, skills for personal development,
information to evaluate the things properly in order to make self-reliant.
1.2 philosophical issues relating to education and training
Philosophical issues mean queries and topics raised by the philosophy study, so teacher
provide a better upbringing for students by offering them good training and development
sessions. There are different types of problems and issues which is related to training and
education. Therefore, there are many tasks that have occupied philosophers of training and
education.
Critical thinking- Many experts and educators have championed the critical thinking aims
related to education and training in primary school. Education philosophers accordingly have

should aim to cultivate in the life of students (Martin, Sun and Westine, 2020). There are other
issues concern whether the abilities and skills that are constitutive of critical thinking. The

evaluations related to education and training.
Indoctrination- According to many educators, there is a difference between
indoctrination and training and education, which is assumed to be undesirable in nature. There
are various characteristics of indoctrination such as 1) intending to bring learners in the primary
school to adopt beliefs and values independently 2) consider the techniques by which educational
teachers transmit beliefs.
Learning and teaching – there are many questions which is raised by the people such as

elementary education as it focus on the learning process and strategies which makes the students
to start their education.
The aim of the primary lecturer is to be the successful teacher by having passion of inspiring the
young minds and makes the every child to achieve their goals. As the primary school teacher, it
has to develop the various schemes in order to work and make the plans in order to teach the
lessons and achieve the targets (Gudmundsdottir and Hatlevik, 2018). They should facilitate
learning by building the relationship with the students and other staff by having the organized
and create the good and positive environment in the classrooms. The role of them is to develop
the appropriate skills and also the social skills and abilities in order to have the optimum
development of the students related to their age, ability and learning style. They must take the
responsibility for the progress of the students, motivate the students by having the proper
discipline, coordinating and supporting the culture of the primary schools, etc.
In order to work in the primary school as a lecturer the person must have the degree and they
must achieve the qualified teacher status by completing the teacher training. If the person is
already having the degree they can have Qualified Teacher Status in many ways like Post
graduate Certificate in Education, Salaried teacher training, etc. Primary teacher training is
already open to the graduates in any subjects. With having qualification in education they must
have the skills like excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, time-management skills,
enthusiasm, patience, dedication towards work, creativity in order to teach students, good
judgement, analytical mind and must have the satisfactory health record (Waite and
Goodenough, 2018). The training providers except from the lecturer the same school experience

they want to teach and by having the good experience with qualification will make them strong
in that field.
2.2 Aims and structure of learning programmes in primary school
The learning programme refers to the range of activities that the primary schools are using with
their students in order to make their students good in studies. It also includes the learning of
curricular and non-curricular activities in the schools (Hoang and et.al., 2020). The
aim of the learning programme basically defines that what students will learn, what type of skills
they need to develop, the experience they will be having by completing the degree. The learning
is based on the three areas that are knowledge, skills and attitudes (Binti Mosbiran and et.al.,
2020). The atmosphere and structure of learning in the school should be very good and unique
which makes teachers and students to coordinate and enhance their knowledge. In order to have

approaching the plan and there must be consistent approach to planning which helps them to
work with good consistency. This will provide the best support for the children's in their learning
and development in the early years. There are three approaches to plan and prepare for providing
the best delivery of the learning programme as the learning programme includes the curricular
and non- curricular activities which are as follows:
Planning for the time available- the teacher should check that how much time they have
and their students as well. It is the time when the school is having many programmes like exams,
sports day and many other activities. They must plan their learning and teaching according to the

schedule they have prepared. This approach will manage the time of the students in order to
participate in many activities.
Year planner- This planner is helpful for both students and teachers as it outlines the when
module will start and end, dates for field trips, speakers visiting in the schools, etc. They must
have the year plan which makes the teacher know about in order to deliver the learning

Unit Planning- When the unit is planning, the teachers must focus on the values in order to

universities and school, they are supported by them to develop skills and knowledge by learning

in different activities related to training and learning programme. Students are motivated by their
teachers to participate in all aspects of school so that they can make improvement in their
learning abilities. Inclusive learning and training session are well designed that allow all the
learners to engage meaningfully with the curriculum activities and achieve something great in
career potentially. There are various methods to accommodate learning and capabilities including
small group teaching, whole group teaching, paired work, group discussion, reducing barriers,

of assessment and different forms of assessment.

By adopting this method student can feel that they can bring value to school and their efforts
and contribution make huge difference in the society. They should feel that they are equally
treated, valued by people, they can participate fully to academic sessions and cultural life of
