INTRODUCTION
Teaching can be defined as the process of attending people’s need, experience so that
they are able to learn in an effective manner (Wei, Karuppiah and Prathik, 2022). The area of
specialism for this report is DJ and music. The aims of education and key qualifications are
stated in this report. There is need of analysing the resources required to teach the students. The
role of inclusiveness in teaching the students so that better teaching takes place. There is key role
of personal and professional development helps in teaching them in appropriate manner so that
they can be developed.

TASK A
1.1 Explain key aims of education and training
There is key role of education and training and it helps the students to enhance the
knowledge and skills. In case of DJ teaching the aim is to enhance the level of creativity among
students. It is necessary to make the self-reliant so that they are able to carry on the work by
themselves in future. This is necessary to provide education so that better understanding takes
place. This makes them efficient and confident in order to achieve success in future. The aim
helps them to understand the aspects related to subject matter.
1.2 Analyse philosophical issues
There are lots of problems that take place while imparting training to the students of DJ.
There is complex environment that is present in front of students where they have to learn a lot.

observe the teacher who is able to engage more students. Social networking and communication
motivates me and helps me to get direction that will help in teaching the students in efficient

needs and wants. I have analysed that learning from others is necessary for the effective learning
of the students and teaching them music and DJ. There are other trainers that help me to analyse

learners. There are changes in the technology so I take help from IT team to learn the use of

improvement in pattern of teaching that makes me a better teacher. I am able to develop myself
and attain better professional development. It is analysed that taking training and other sessions
are beneficial for a person and their skills and knowledge. I believe that there is positive impact

best learning environment ad enhance their skills and knowledge. There is need of managing the

better learning to the students. I have good knowledge and interest in music and DJ and this
helps me to provide the knowledge to students in effective manner. All these practices motivate
me to carry on the process of teaching in effective manner. This is necessary to carry on all the
work for the learning of students.

I have carried self-evaluation, that helps me to know about my own strengths and weakness.

the students within right time (Burak, 2019). I am also not able to use latest technology and this
causes problems at the time of working. There is need of analysing the areas of improvement and
taking actions to enhance them for overall success and development.

The plan is to take necessary actions on continuous basis as this will help me to grab all the
opportunities. The actions are as follows:
Work on forming schedule so that I am able to carry on all the work in right time. This

This will facilitate the use of digital technology at the time of teaching.
