INTRODUCTION
Teaching can be defined as the process of attending people’s need, experience so that
they are able to learn in an effective manner (Wei, Karuppiah and Prathik, 2022). The area of
specialism for this report is DJ and music. The aims of education and key qualifications are
stated in this report. There is need of analysing the resources required to teach the students. The
role of inclusiveness in teaching the students so that better teaching takes place. There is key role
of personal and professional development helps in teaching them in appropriate manner so that
they can be developed.
MAIN BODY
TASK A
1.1 Explain key aims of education and training
There is key role of education and training and it helps the students to enhance the
knowledge and skills. In case of DJ teaching the aim is to enhance the level of creativity among
students. It is necessary to make the self-reliant so that they are able to carry on the work by
themselves in future. This is necessary to provide education so that better understanding takes
place. This makes them efficient and confident in order to achieve success in future. The aim
helps them to understand the aspects related to subject matter.
1.2 Analyse philosophical issues
There are lots of problems that take place while imparting training to the students of DJ.
There is complex environment that is present in front of students where they have to learn a lot.
It causes delays in understanding (Bremmer and Nijs, 2020). At the same time, all the learners
are different from one another and they are not able to understand all the topics in similar
manner. The use of latest technology also causes problem for the students and they have to keep
themselves updated as well.
2.1 Describe the aims and structure of key qualifications
The teacher must be qualified enough so that they are able to impart knowledge to the
students. They must have degree or diploma in education and training and must have knowledge
pf specialist area. There is requirement of associate's or bachelor's degree program in a field like

radio broadcasting or journalism. Also, having internships and training at radio station also helps
to teach the students in effective manner.
2.2 describe the aims and structure of learning programmes
Learning programme is designed is such a manner that all the students are able to learn from
the same. The level of students must be analysed and the curriculum requirements must also be
fulfilled (Asmus, 2021). I always concentrate in teaching the students with the combination of
theory and practical lesson programmes that will enhance their knowledge. The structure must be
as per the institute requirements so that the process of teaching takes place in a smooth manner.
4.1 analyse ways in which resources meet the individual needs of learners
There is key role of resources in teaching the students and enhancing their skills and
knowledge. It is important to use smart boards, books, journals, and other study aids. These will
help to enhance the level of studies for the students. These resources help the students to develop
themselves and to enhance their knowledge (Kuebel, 2019). I also use power point presentation
and smart boards as an example of updated technology in order to fulfil the need of individual
learners. Also there is need of musical instruments and electric connection that helps the students
to get practical knowledge as well. The virtual learning environment is providing to the students
that helps them to learn in a proper manner.
2.3 explain how own approach to planning and preparation for the delivery of a learning
programme
It becomes necessary to provide best learning programme that will help them students to
learn effectively. It becomes important stick to the objectives and provide effective lessons to the
students that are based on curriculum requirements. At the time of delivering the lesson the use
of effective communication skills is required so that better outcomes take place. The use of
student centred approach is done as it makes it easy for students to learn and retain the
information.
3.2 key curriculum issues, including the role of new and emerging technologies
It becomes difficult to take care of latest curriculum and following the same at the time of
teaching the students. There is need of a lot of research that helps to manage the work in
effective manner (Bonneville-Roussy, Hruska and Trower, 2020). There is need of internet that
will help to carry on the work in most effective manner. At the same time, it is necessary to use

the updated tools that will make the teaching of students easy and they will be able to plan and
implement the lessons effectively. There is key role of overcoming the issues are providing best
teaching to the students of DJ and music.
3.1 Analyse the inclusiveness of own approach to the planning and preparation
At the time of teaching the students, there is key role of including all of them so that there is
proper learning. Being a teacher of DJ and music I make used more resources and digital
technologies that will simplify the work of students. The group activities are designed in such a
manner that makes development of the students. There is need of equality and diversity in the
classroom and this helps me to provide opportunity to all the students. In today’s time providing
best to students helps them to develop their own self.
4.2 Analyse the inclusiveness of own use of teaching and learning resources
I am able to analyse that inclusive teaching is best and is necessary to provide best to the
students. It is seen that the teacher must assure that the use of books, articles, journals including
updated curriculum is used so that better is learnt by the students (Lian, 2020). I take quizzes as
well engage the students in group activities so that there is inclusive classroom that is full of
learnings. Also, there is opportunity of peer to peer learning giving to students so that they have
ability to clarify each other’s doubts and enhance their creativity level in music.

5.1 a description of how you have liaised with the other teachers and trainers
I have analysed that having networks in necessary for all the professionals. Being a teacher
of DJ and music I believe in developing networks as they help me at every level. I keep on
observing other professionals to enhance my skills and knowledge. I am able to learn the use of
latest technology form them. The teachers have different pattern of study and this is the reason I
observe the teacher who is able to engage more students. Social networking and communication
motivates me and helps me to get direction that will help in teaching the students in efficient
manner (Blackburn and Hewitt, 2020). I am able to take better care my students and know their
needs and wants. I have analysed that learning from others is necessary for the effective learning
of the students and teaching them music and DJ. There are other trainers that help me to analyse
my problems and get best solutions so that best solutions can be analysed. I have analysed that
good practice at the time of working with other teachers assist in attain success.

5.2 a review of the impact this has had on your own practice and professional development
This practice has helped me to enhance my teaching practice and leads to my professional
development. I am able to know about the opportunities in teaching that will make my career
effective. This helps to keep me motivated and I am able to teach the students in better manner. I
have always learned from my peers and used students centric approach to teach music and DJ to
learners. There are changes in the technology so I take help from IT team to learn the use of
resources in effective manner (De Bruin, 2021). I have grabbed a lot of knowledge and
improvement in pattern of teaching that makes me a better teacher. I am able to develop myself
and attain better professional development. It is analysed that taking training and other sessions
are beneficial for a person and their skills and knowledge. I believe that there is positive impact
on personal and professional development.

6.1 Review the effectiveness of own knowledge and skills
I am able to analyse the effectiveness of knowledge and skills as they help to carry on the
work as teacher effectively. I have good communication skills that are necessary to teach the
students and let them understand the concept so that better skills and knowledge is attained. I am
able to understand that my understanding the learning level of students I am able to provide them
best learning environment ad enhance their skills and knowledge. There is need of managing the
lesson plans in such a manner that students are able to develop their skills (Huhtinen-Hildén, and
Pitt, 2018). I have also interpreted that by using learner centred approach I am able to provide
better learning to the students. I have good knowledge and interest in music and DJ and this
helps me to provide the knowledge to students in effective manner. All these practices motivate
me to carry on the process of teaching in effective manner. This is necessary to carry on all the
work for the learning of students.
6.2 Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to practice
I have carried self-evaluation, that helps me to know about my own strengths and weakness.
I have effective communication skills that help me to teach the students effectively. I also have
good knowledge in the subject and that assist me to teach with interest and provide best to the
student.

I am bad at time management skills and due to this I am unable to provide all the details to
the students within right time (Burak, 2019). I am also not able to use latest technology and this
causes problems at the time of working. There is need of analysing the areas of improvement and
taking actions to enhance them for overall success and development.
6.3 Identify opportunities to improve and update own knowledge and skills
The plan is to take necessary actions on continuous basis as this will help me to grab all the
opportunities. The actions are as follows:
 Work on forming schedule so that I am able to carry on all the work in right time. This
assist me to take lessons on time and deliver the best knowledge to the student when it is
required.
 To take training that will help me to develop information and communication technology.
This will facilitate the use of digital technology at the time of teaching.
 The use of updated technology is necessary to carry on the work that is assigned. This
also help to provide updated learning experience to the learners and manage the working.
 Having networks with all the professionals is necessary for self-development. It helps to
get assistance at the time of requirement and work I effective manner.
 I must also enhance and develop my skills related to DJ and music as the same will help
me to teach the students in appropriate manner. This will also enhance my confidence
level so that there is proper learning.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been analysed that there is need of education to every student
and teacher plays a major role in enhancing the skills and knowledge. The roles and
responsibilities of teachers along with the qualifications required are mentioned in the report.
The learning programmes and their effective development is mentioned. There is need of using
effective and updated resources to teach the learners and they are also part of this report. The
network from other professional and trainers has positive impact discussion regarding same in
important part of this report. At the same time, effectiveness of own knowledge and the
opportunities to improve the performance is mentioned in the end of this report.
