Introduction
This report will describe the concept of teaching development and improvement in the school.
The learner will develop its innovative and creativeness by effective behaviour management. In
this report, there will be a complete discussion on behaviour management concept and what is
the factor which emphasises this approach. For improvement and development in the strategy of
a tutor, the tutor must earlier be planned regarding the topic and prepare a scheme of work. For
this purpose, it enlightens the communication method in the school. The teacher must work on
verbal and non-verbal communication. Academics and non-academic skills are developed by the
effort of tutors. In this report, the teacher shared its own experience of how it improves its
teaching strategies in school. The development of an improvement in the teaching method
improves learner academic and enhance their performance in other activity as well.

Introduction
This report will be discussing how behaviour management is essential for the teacher. This report
will highlight those factor which increases the behaviour management in learns and how the
teacher will be involved to improve. The Pedagogical principle will also explain that it’s how the
teacher implements this principle to bring effectiveness in the classroom regarding behaviour and
way to deliver knowledge. Practical examples are Maslow and Herzberg’s Motivational.
Theories will be explained in this report. It enlightens on individual and group communication
for behaviour management. Creativity and innovation will continue ale to bring uniqueness in
teaching style.
Behaviour Management
Behaviour Management is the same as modification in behaviour that only focuses on the
difference in behaviour, at the time of behaviour management. Behaviour management always
focused on how they maintain the order. This skill is mainly required for the teachers to
encourage its student and improvement in educational skills. The purpose of this management is
to spread positiveness, build a good relationship with the teacher, self-motivation in the students.
The teacher maintains the behaviour in terms of learning skills in the class, techniques to present
the topic, keep the decorum in the class, avoid punishment, and establish new guidelines (Silk,
et.al., 2019).
These new strategies bring improvement in teaching and learning methods. It is the
responsibility of a teacher that influences students to learn something every day. Inappropriate
behaviour creates difficult not only teachers, but it also affects other students. It affects other
students learning skills. Hence, the teacher and principal need to regular work on behaviour
management in the educational field. Training centre needs to provide an appropriate training
method regarding behaviour management and tell them about the value of behaviour. It enhances
the professional skills in teacher to coordinate with intelligent and weak environment (Ford,
et.al., 2019). It must require proper management and activity which build behaviour management
in the educational area.

Importance of behaviour management in classroom
Increases the student success: The Behaviour management is improves the result or annual
result of learner. It will develop patience and intelligence skills in the student who will be run for
a longer time.
Build disciplined classroom: If a school maintains the behaviour management properly,
students and teacher both will be capable of building disciplined classroom which enhances the
positivity in the class, less number of conflicts in the classroom (Silk, et.al., 2019).
Excellent relationship: The behaviour management increases the excellent relationship with the
teacher and student. By this methodology, the student will easily discuss it their issues or doubt
with the teacher and improves its learning quality in the classroom. Relation builds trust and
loyalty towards the student. It will be able to discuss. Hence, it will be the responsibility of the
teacher to treat equally to everyone.
Motivation: It encourages those students as well who are not well performed in their academic
and able to discuss with other students. Motivation will be considered as a practical approach to
learning. It increases the engagement of the student in the classroom and will be a useful
approach to learn something new (Ford, et.al., 2019).

Pedagogical principles of behavior management
Concepts of specialist knowledge: Every teacher have some expert idea of experience, it will be
regarding its teaching style, unique approach etc. It is based on the pedagogical principle of
behaviour management. Speciality builds the uniqueness, approaching form, maximising the use
of learning tools etc. This principle only assists in encourages the teacher to bring hobbies by
which educational area can improve its ability (Silk, et.al., 2019).
Activity engaging in the learning process: Learning process required a different kind of learning
methodologies. So, higher authorities are always motivated to engage students in the learning
process like give them a chance to explain a particular topic, increases presentation skills, the
debate regarding issues and challenges.
Experimental learning: Due to this concept, teacher and principles encourages the learning
process in the classroom experiment to bring changes in the classroom and motivate to the
involvement of students.
Shared Outcome: If the teacher and student both are collaborating, it improves the whole
performance of the classroom (Willis, 2019).
Group and individual behaviour management
Group Behaviour: The principle of behaviour management is group behaviour; this is an
essential requirement for being a part of the team. For this principle, group members need to
respect and value each other w, optimize the skill of every individual in perfect order, grasp
those opportunities which enhance the; learning method and behaviour management in the
group. In the behaviour agreement, it is mentioned that every member needs to work in the team
with adequate knowledge, behaviour, attitude and skills (Silk, et.al., 2019).
Individual Behaviour: according to behaviour management, an individual must effectively play
its own role. The involvement must be recognizable towards its skills development, its own
experiments methods. It helps for self-motivation to learn something new and encourage to do
something innovative in their environment.

Theories of behaviour management
Maslow theory of basic needs involves the behaviour and attitude of an individual. Through this
approach, need some describe approach, and it increases the chances that an individual fulfil its
basic needs. Herzberg’s Motivational Theory is applied to the teacher to increase the satisfaction
rate regarding their skills, performance, salary etc (Thorntonand Luthy, 2019).
Previous experience: Teacher always motivated and get knowledge from its past experience. By
the help of prior experience, a teacher must know how to adapt challenges and what will be an
alternative approach for the teaching method.
Individual need: Money is not only individual need. In the educational field, a teacher must be
satisfied by its approach, and it will be evaluated by the success rate of its students. Innovation
and development approaches return back to the teachers.
Conflicts: The conflicts arise due to change in thought. It ensures that if ideas and thoughts are
not exact matches with the other individuals. The teacher must understand the point of the
concept of other and identities merits and demerits. Conflicts only increase the fear of exchange
and policies (Thorntonand Luthy, 2019).
Group Behaviour
Hierarchies: It defined the level, i.e. from top to bottom or bottom to top approaches. It would
be considered by every teacher that their responsibilities are in some order. The higher
authorities always give pressure towards their work. So, it will be the responsibility of any levels
that they must maintain the collaboration with each and discuss the thoughts.
Group Size also matters for group behaviour because there is a lack of chances that there will be
different ideas and easily understandable group. So, if the principle hires ten teachers of the same
subject, there will be chances of conflicts, the difference in pattern and their methodologies.
Control: Every group need to control over their behaviour, approaches and strategies. It will not
be a good approach that an individual takes a decision and forced to implement. The discussion
needs to be patiently and logically.

Shared ownership: If an individual understands the value of its share, it increases the chances of
effective involvement in the group.
Creative and innovative approaches
Self-directed study: It is an innovative approach by a teacher to enhance its knowledge by using
a directed study. In this process, an individual takes its initiative without any other helps in
learning something new, interpret the existing information. In this approach, the teacher used the
important choose resource, which helps to enable the success of an individual towards its success
(Thorntonand Luthy, 2019).
Strength area: Effective increment in knowledge
Flexible online learning reduces the mutual availability of learner and tutor. So, most of the
teacher the tutor are flexible increases the online classroom, which will be effective to those
students who simultaneously perform work somewhere.
Strength: Reduce time complexity
Promoting collaborating: In the traditional time, teachers are not collaborative with their
students. It creates doubts and pressure among all the students.
Strength: build a good relationship
Activity-based learning: This approach increases the enthusiasm towards students, and they
learned easily. Activity is an enjoying moment to learner soi, it they grasp some knowledge by
the activity. It will be an effective strategy for the teachers as well.

This report was concluded the importance of behaviour management in the educational
background. Teacher and learned both need to involve in improvement in the strategies. It also
highlighted that group and individual group behaviour is also essential to improve the
effectiveness of classroom. Pedagogical principles discussed the factor like experiential learning
and the theories Maslow and Herzberg implied this theory for improvement in behaviour
management.
