Behaviour management plays a vital role in educational field because it guides students
how to behave. It is all about guiding people student’s behaviour towards appropriate ways of
behaving so that it can help them to achieve academic goals and professional goals in the future.
With the help of positive approach, the students can easily create learning environment by just
behaving positively and constructively. In short, it is essential to encourage child when they
behave in a good way rather than punishing then when they do something wrong. With the help
of model like Maslow’s Theory of Basic Needs, Herzberg’s Motivational Theory, one can
manage to understand the importance of behaviour in the learning environment. by using model
like Skinner, Kounin and Rodgers teachers can enhance the learning environment and build good
relationship with students.
It is necessary to provide them some effective models' knowledge such as Herzberg motivational
theory and Maslow theory of basic needs. With the help of motivational theory and behaviour
management at the same time in the classroom the teachers can easily create an appropriate
environment for learning to take place for the betterment. By this they can develop positive
behaviour among people such as mutual respect towards each other. By having herzberg
motivational theory the teachers can easily enhance students working productivity Kotni, V.D.P.
and Karumuri, V., 2018. A positive behavioural and mental health of people in the classroom can
allow people to work more productivity. By this they can maintain a positive outlook which
encourage healthy environment. According to this model, there are majorly two dimensions such

Motivation can make the working environment more productive in nature and committed
towards goals.

It is essential to focus on some important factors of behaviour management such as
previous experience of people working in the organisation, students learning in the classroom
have past experience etc. by understanding the behaviour management one can know about
individual needs and manage conflicts between people. With the help of skinner’s behavioural
theory one can understand that operant conditioning is responsible for a progress and success of
students through the stages of language acquisition. By having this theory, one can understand
how behaviour is learnt. Rogers model of behavioural theory says that it is mandatory for
students to know about the important of discipline in the classroom. Roger model is also known
and discipline model which is essential in the classroom and school wide behaviour
management. As a teacher, I use this model to make my students accountable for their own
behavioural choices (Kotni and Karumuri, 2018). Also, with the help of kounin model teachers
can focus on preventive discipline- strategies, methods and technique related to its which is
designed to prevent the occurrence of problems related to discipline in the very first place. As a
teacher, I understand that a good classroom management is totally depends on effective
management of lesson.
3.3
As a teacher of marketing, I believe that it is essential to create and maintain a safe and
positive environment in the learning area such as classroom. By doing so, I am able to enhance
the teaching and learning environment by using rogers model I have maintained discipline in the
classroom. With the help of safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom, I am able to give my
students a comfortable space where they can easily learn things effectively and feel confident
about themselves and learn to value each other’s. If teachers, consider about the safety and
positive environment them classroom environment will provide benefit to education and future
career of students and this is why I focus on positive reinforcement and skill development of my
students in order to motivate them for learning.
TASK C

With the help of initial and diagnostic assessments, leaners individual goals and preference
of learning can be developed. Diagnostic assessment is the systematic process of using multiple
measure which help me to identify the strengths and needs of students in a specific skill area
with respect to marketing (Csapó and Molnár, 2019). On the basis of that I am able to provide

TASK D
4.5
As we all know that communication plays a vital role in learning environment so that it can
help students and teachers both understand about whether students are learning things properly
or not (Eleström, 2018). On the other side, teacher can know about whether they are able to
provide effective information to students or not. My delivery of inclusive teaching and learning
in such a way that it has provided a lot of support to my students. In learning process, it is
important to have open communication and clear language so that it would help students and
teachers both to understand each other. Without effective communication, one cannot achieve
learning and teaching process because it can hinder the learning environment. by using berlo’s
model of communication I am able to deliver the correct and true information to my students.
But I believe that one should understand the barriers of communication such as cultural
difference, lack of communication skills, emotional barriers etc.
5.5
Assessment plays a vital role in learning process because with the help of principles of
assessment such as validity, currency, reliability, efficiency, transparency and sufficiency I am
able to promote the learning environment in the classroom. Model like competency and black
and William model I am able to enhance the assessment practice into account to support my
students. By using behaviourism learning model I am able to form assessment practice which
helps my students to achieve their goals. I focus on summative assessment such as group
assignment at the end of every mid-term so that teamwork can be developed between students. I
use feedback method to know about whether my students are able to learn things properly or not.
7.1
Reflection play a vital role in learning process, by using reflective practice I am able to
create a good relationship with my students. With the help of model of reflection which is a
systematic and structures process that can be used by teachers to guide personal and situational
analysis, on the basis of that I am able to explain about feeling and experience in teaching field
in marketing. By using this model, I am able to make sure about skills learned by students and
know about beliefs (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). I can reflect easily on strengths and

There are many ways to improve the practice in planning, assessing and delivering inclusive
teaching and learning. To improve I am focusing on creative a safe and positive environment in
which I allow my students to use feedback method in order to share their experience, knowledge
and skills. By using this method, I am able to create positive and strong relationship between
students where they can motivate each other and support each other to correct mistakes they are
making (Henning and et.al., 2019). Areas I need to ensure I continue to focus around is how I am
going to deliver my lessons to students and this needs to be decided within the phase of proper
planning. By using PowerPoint presentation, white board and videos I am able to structure a
lesson in the classroom. With this it will ensure students are actively engaged as well as cater for
those students who are struggling with understand PowerPoints.
