INTRODUCTION
This report is based on use of latest teaching technologies in Scenario Clearwater Primary
School as they use traditional methods of teaching the students. Teaching technologies plays a
critical role in 21st Century. As per Australian curriculum, teaching technology are the aids that
are being used by the teachers to enhance the learning experience of the learners. It is a broad
topic that includes use of media tools that are integrated with learning management system and
facilitates the process of learning (Black & Howell (2022)). There are regular changes in the
technology on regular basis and all the organisations must use latest technology in order to
achieve best results. It becomes important to identify the curriculum requirements as they help to
use the best practices that assist to make the students learn in effective manner. The best digital
resources for the learners are identified in this report. Along with that contemporary pedagogical
approach as per the curriculum requirement are also mentioned.
MAIN BODY
Discussion
Every child is precious and have their own learning abilities. Teacher must know about their
learning so that best is provided to the students. The junior learning students are being selected
to carry on the process pf learning. These students learn while playing and this helps them to
learn in appropriate manner. The students are in the age of learning and make efforts to grab all
the information that is presented in front of them. There is need of knowing about the learners so
that best is provided to them and they are engaged in the classroom (Sampson and Et. Al.,
(2018)). The use of latest technology helps to enhance the creativity level of the students and
their intellectual knowledge also enhances and are able to study in appropriate manner.
Recommendations
The first recommendation for the Scenario Clearwater Primary School is laptop. Laptops
can be provided as a resource that will be used to teach the students in effective manner. As per
Australian curriculum requirements, laptop engages the learners in the classroom and helps to
provide updated courses. Laptops are important for the students of Scenario Clearwater Primary
School as they belong to small community. If they will help new technology, they will be
engaged in learning. They can keep their notes in digital copy and also watch online videos with
the help of internet. The Australian curriculum states that, it provided better learning

environment for the students of junior learning community to retain the information that is being
taught to them (Gamage, Ayres & Behrend, (2022)).
Laptops can be a good mode of learning in digital world. This can be a powerful tool in
education provides easy learning for students and teachers. As a teacher, it makes easier for them
to engage students in substantive and project based work. Similarly, it has some advantages and
disadvantages of laptops given as a resource to students in many ways. As per Australian
curriculum, laptops will help in doing assignments, share notes and projects based work. Laptops
facilitates better learning resources, as it allows internet access (Gilbert, (2019)). It also helps in
teaching new concepts and different sources of learning available online. Laptop as resource can
be a good strategy to promote digital awareness among students. Apart from this, it has some
disadvantages also like it increases health problems in students while using, it takes hours of
sitting and screen contact. Laptop as a resource can be high rate of investment, and it does not
assure the security of laptop after given to students. Laptops can be a distraction to students, it
allows access to internet that has bad sides also surfing movies, online and make them addictive.
The another resource that must be provided to the students of Clearwater Primary School
would be Smart boards. This resource will help to involve the students in the things being
taught to them. It becomes easy to teach the students with the help of smart board create engaged
classroom (İstifçi & Et. Al., (2018)). As per Australian curriculum, there is need of involving the
students in the class so that they are able to manage their work appropriately. The Smart Boards
are interactive white boards that have touch detention. They are used in same manner as the
computers are used and fingers are used instead of mouse. This is innovative for the students are
they are attracted towards the new learning. It becomes important to use latest technology in
order to let the students learn in best suitable manner that will enhances the learning situation in
the classroom. The advantages of using smart board is the class becomes interactive. The
teacher can show photos, diagrams that are preferred by visual learners (Sree & Bharathi,
(2020)). This enhances the learning of the students and they are able to remember the
information for long time. The students will be able to learn with the help of videos. The students
get engaged while studying through the resources and the teachers are able to provide update to
date content to the students. The disadvantage is that the students are not able to understand
with the help of video. In the Clearwater Primary School, the students have habit of studying
with traditional ways and they will face problem in using the new resource (Bıçak, (2019)). All

there is high maintained cost associated with the Smart boards. Also, in the starting the teachers
will also face problem in managing the work on smart boards. There are some students who face
problem in using the resource and they take a lot of time to use the same. The technical problems
will also arise at the time of using the smart boards. The same technology is new for the
Clearwater Primary School.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded that, there are regular updates in the technology and every organisation must
understand the same and use updated technology. There is lack of digital resources is being
observed in the school as they follow traditional way of teaching the students. The school is now
planning to teach as per the technology used in 21st Century so that best is provided to the
students and they learn properly. As per Australian curriculum the use of laptops and smart
boards will help to teach the students to learn as per the latest technology.
