Team building is management technique which used for improving the efficiency s well
as performance of work group with the assistance of several activities (Flaming and Mosca,
2019). There are several skills which involved within this such as analysis and observation for
forming a strong and capable team. Main motive behind forming team is to accomplishing vision
and objective of business firm. In addition to this, within an organisation manager is specialized
within team building skills as they have to find out strength and weakness of team members.
Then create right mix of different skills and after that focus on developing strong relation as well
as trust among team members.
It has been identified by that learning team building skills is necessary because it provide
assistance to organisation in accomplishing their predetermined goals in effective manner within
required duration (Feldman, 2018). Along with this, it is not easy to design a team there is
requirement of several skills as well as knowledge for developing team in effective manner.
Moreover, there is requirement of identifying strength and weakness each member for building
team in effective manner. As it is important that each and every member should have different
skills as well as good relation with each other. While making team it is important for me that I
have to encourage communication as well as interaction within team members and also I should
have to focus on several team building skills for reducing stress level of people involved within
team. Apart from this, team frame for accomplishing specific goals and objectives so it is
necessary to communicate these clearly to members whop are involved within team. Along with
this, role of each and every member should be specified and direction should be provided to
them that how goals and objectives will be accomplished.
Through learning this team building skills it has been identified by that there are several
advantages of this within an organisation. With team building exercise I am able to exercise
strength and weakness of every member who are involved within this activity. This is not
possible analyse staff member strength and weakness in daily routine it can be only possible
when team building exercise will conduct. Moreover with the assistance of this it become easy
for me to allot task to employees according to their strength and weakness. In addition to this,
team building activity will define role as well as important of group for business form in
reaching their vision. It also help individual in understanding their company goals, mission,
vision as well as objectives clearly and also motivate them to contribute in their accomplishment.

Team building also provide assistance in enhancing relation within team members so because of
this individual started feeling comfortable and familiar with each other. In simple words t can be
said that collaboration result in developing trust and understanding within team members. Most
important is that team building establish role and responsibility as each and every individual will
have their clear defined role. Responsibility will be given to individual with motivation to
perform it. Within team everyone is motivated for giving their views, opinions as well as
solution to specific issue which result in brainstorming and exploring creative side of staff
members. Apart from this, through team building activity business firm make their employees
feeling like important or valuable part of company. Moreover, such things will motivate them in
developing their skills as well as also help in building strong relation, boost morale and also trust
of team members.
The technique of team building makes it easier for me to incorporate an organizational
change by making the individuals familiar with the change and its necessity. It also helps in
managing such change and its impact over the working and team’s performance. The procedure
of group building makes it simpler for the directors to implement a hierarchical change by
making the people familiar with the change and its need. It additionally helps in overseeing such
change and its effect over the working and team activity. In addition to this, through team
building skills I am able to form team wisely as well as everyone work in collaborative manner
for accomplishing objectives and productivity also get improves.
Thus, it can be said that learning team building skills is effective for me as with the
assistance of this I can form team in effective manner which provide assistance in accomplishing
goals as well as objectives of business. I form team by following proper procedure as first I
identify the need of building team for accomplishing particular task. Because it is necessary to
have purpose of the work which I want to perform. In second step, I will define objectives and
needed skills within employees. After that in third step, team role will be consider by analysing
employees strength and weakness. Then team building strategy will determine with developing
team of individuals. Most important is establishing communication rules and identify individual
strength because without these it will be difficult to conduct team working in effective manner.
