team is operating from different locations but they collaborate the things together. For example
one team of Asda is operating from west Yorkshire and another person is operating from
Manchester through the digital world and making the software for the company. This helps the
company to hire the best experts worldwide.
Operational team
This team ensures the smooth functioning of an organisation, it supports the other teams
to make sure that all the work of the offices goes smoothly.
Self managed teams
This team consist the employees of same company who will do their work together to
attain the common goals of an organisation without having any leader for the supervision. Every
member of the team is accountable for their assigned responsibility. As there is no leader so
every person has to take equal responsibility and they must be their own motivators and guides.

accomplishing the task or by achieving the goal. Asda also have the permanent team which will
be remain throughout the year. Example of permanent team in Asda are Human resource team,

It is also one of the permanent team in which manager of the particular department do the

focus work. This helps in to boost their morale and increase their productivity. Success of any
organisation does not held in the hands of single person it is the team work which make the
company to lead the world.
