unsuccessful outcomes. Positive team dynamics makes team members know their roles

Employees need to work in the direction that allows meeting the organization’s goals
and objectives.
Team consultation is important as it allows clarification of roles and responsibilities
of each team member and makes them ensure that their ideas and brainstorms would
be appreciated. Consultation methods include interviews, meetings, brainstorming
sessions and intranet/email communication.
To make the team understand that how the success and failure of one person in the
team affects the performance of the entire team, team should be made interdependent.

be possible that it can be resolved by healthy discussion. Hence, if one is concerned
about the conflicts in the team, he/she discuss it with team members.

Agree to cooperative process: conflicts must be resolved by putting the team first, and
