The effective team communication and working are considered as the essential and most
crucial element in an organisation whether it’s a small enterprises of a larger giant firm the
communication is crucial for each and every level and department in the organisation. The each
and every employee within an organisation is necessarily a bigger function as the effective
communication within the firm and its integral levels helps the workforce to maintain the
effective coordination in the organisation in each and every level of the company. In this report
the communication and its techniques are emphasised as per the context of the Soft wire
company. It is an effective and well performing SME. The company is headquartered in
England, United Kingdom. The organisation is majorly deals in the software’s and online
servicing, the nature of company are business to business as well as to business to customers.
The company has an effective work force that helps it to gain its objective and goals in terms of
growth and profitability (Lippe and et. al., 2020). The effective communication its aspects and
the major theories have been discussed in this report. Along with that the major types of
communications and the sources are also described in the project.
Main Body
Communication is the well defined structured process where one person shares and
transact the information to the another medium or a person through using different signs,
multiple symbols and so on. The building up of a team and to manage it effectively , it is most
necessary to maintain the healthy and effective relationship and harmony among all team
member within the confines of organisation (Hartley and Elowitz, 2020.). The organisation and
its management take an effective part to maintain the effective communication and the
coordination among all of its workers. The control over the employees and monitoring of each
and every department is also achieved by the settling the communication pattern in the multiple
levels of the company. Apart from this, the manager motivates its member of team to make a
clear communication among each other. Thus it leads to create the efficient environment of work
and to maintain the good and proper coordination while performing work within business
organisation. It helps in enhancing all the opportunities to achieve favourable results at
marketplace. In reference of Soft wire, it is necessary for manager of company to possess good
communication skills in order to healthy relationship with the member of team. Apart from this,

way. Therefore, it is important for manager to effectively communicate with member of team in
order to perform their task in an effective manner. Beside from this, there is different method
which is adopted by employer to communicate with its member of team. It is necessary to have a
good communication skill for motivating employees towards achieving goal and objective within
business organisation. It helps in coordinating different business activities and functions for
performing them in better manner. Also, it motivates employees towards achieving goal and
objective of business organisation. It assists in boosting productivity as well as efficiency level at
workplace.
Having one to one interaction: the one to one interaction means to connect and establish
the right conversation with the each and every individual within the organisation to make a
proper attachment and enhance the level of loyalty and openness within the organisation. While
the one to one interaction has a lot more positive and effective outcomes it does have some
drawbacks within the organisation (Hintenach and Howe, 2020). The major disadvantage of this
force is that it consumes a lot of productive time and other resources that crate a level of
ineffectiveness in the organisation.
Encourage two way feedbacks: The two way feedback is quite an effective tool to be use
by the management within the company. this enhances the ways and mediums of all the elements
that are a mode to the effective and favourable outcomes. Along with that in the organisation it
also creates an efficient and employee friendly environment, the reasons and issues that lead to
the employee conflicts are also minimised in this. The manager within the organisation makes an
effective rate of all the outcomes and its variables that tend to support the solutions and further
more any complaint by any of the party is also undertaken in this. it is essential to have a good
communication that helps the member of team in boosting the productivity as well as
profitability level.
Performing team building and development activities: It refers to the most essential
method in order to improve the performance as well as productivity of the team members in an
effective manner. Generally, it is a way which helps both employers as well as team mates in
order to create better communication system for healthy and strong relationship. For instance, if
managers or employers conduct various kinds of business functions such as outdoor activities,
group meeting, managements related activities so that every individual start communicating with

motivational aspect between two persons. Manager of the Softwire company communicate in
two ways first is divergence and second is convergence. Convergence represent that the speaker
or communicator try to copy communication style of others. On the other hand, divergence
represent that the speaker or communicator try to modify their own communication rather than
focusing on other’s communication style. Manager of Softwire applies both ways of
communications, convergence to attract or influence employees and divergence to motivate and
encourage employees
Symbolic interaction theory – In this kind of theory employer or managers use symbols for
interaction or communication in the organization. For effective communication manager of Soft
wire company apply this theory they use symbols and assign meetings for better interaction with
the employees. By using this technique higher authorities can easily communicate with
employees in the organization. Manager interact or communicate with team member by using
various symbols with the motive to share their views and opinion. This make employees
comfortable and feel free to share their views and also enhance their communication skills.
Group think – This is also a one of the most important theory of communication, in this
manager or employer maintain comfortable and coordinative working environment for teams in
order to manage performance of group(Badak, 2020). This will help in improving the
performance of individual member of the group and this give desirable outcome to the company.
For example, if manager of the company applies this theory then they need to encourage their
team or group members and also try to share positive and effective ideas.
All the communication theory helps the managers and higher authorities to effectively and
properly communicate at workplace. With this manager also maintain positive relationship with

Less misunderstanding – Misunderstanding or conflicts creates in the organization
because of ineffective means or ways of communication, manager need to share information with
their employees in proper and effective manner in order to avoid misunderstanding or conflicts in
the organization. if manger choose effective mean of share the content, tasks and goals with the
team members this reduce the chance of conflicts between them (Kanthan and Kumar, 2020).
Empowerment and transparency – Effective communication provide empowerment and
transparency at workplace and also increase the productivity and profitability of the organization.
Team members feel more empower when they have lots of information related to the project then
they effectively and properly execute their tasks with more confidence (Hintenach and Howe,
2020). This will directly or indirectly boost the moral of the team members. Transparency is an
effective way to bring productivity in the performance of employees and this motivate team
members towards the assigned task so that they can easily execute their activities and tries to
attain positive and desirable outcomes.
Healthy culture – This is the management of the company to provide healthy and
comfortable working environment to the employees. communication play an important role in
creating healthy working culture in the organization. if employees and managers maintain good
relationship in the organization this automatically develop healthy and positive working culture
(Marani, Barata. and Gunawan, 2020). For this it is important for manager to effectively
communicate or interact with their team members and understand their problems in order to
boost their moral.

the communication plays an effective role in the growth and survival of any organisation. The
diverse numbers and types of different communication can be classified and used as per the need
of the organisational condition. A fixed and set pattern of communication style is more efficient
