that the project manager would need to have a strong sense of grasping the market opportunity.

As it is mentioned before that APM competence framework is effective for the portfolio
management, project management and program management, both current practices in future
needs of the profession is clearly specified by the framework with the help of a common
benchmark required for all individuals essential for the project activities. The understanding of
the framework developed is in use so that every individual person involved in a team can
understand their duties in the new role understand their career enhancement in future be sure
about selecting the correct person for the correct job, maintaining the quality standards and also
learning to develop provisions for the staff. in this case as well for the reflective writing I have
chosen several examples such that I can have a clear understanding about how to proceed with
the APM competency framework in developing team contracts. I have used several sustainable
development goals of different countries and even resources about corporate social

The staffing problem in organization that leads to faulty projects.

There are several organizations that I have found as an example the do not comply with
the general competency framework as per the APM competency framework. due to this every
problem has establish while a project is being progressed because of ineffective team
management. open the contacts do not show any application of the APM framework and
therefore the bring about of people together for motivating and coordinating them to achieve a
unified goal is not realizing individually. Management of conflict, attaining leadership to make
the team understand the reason of having a team to achieve the unified project goal is required.
This will ensure that the resource management and the team management is going hand in hand.
Team management is also required for projects to continue thoroughly adhering to the specified
time and budget. There are several evidences where projects of fallen because of not
implementing the APM competency framework, feeling to establish an effective team. Any
search engine can give evidence of these facts.
This facts of provided me with the understanding of team competency and also the
requirement of a contract following all the points described in the framework. This is made me
analyses the examples that have been put forward before me.
Discussing the ideas with the team
It is important that not just the person making the contract understands the APM
competency framework, but it is also required that the people within the team are also aware of
all the facts the framework has put forward. The effectivity of the team is only established when
the rules and regulations come natural to the team and the understand why each of them has been
selected as an individual so that their individual skills can we put together towards
simultaneously for the organization to reach the specific goal. I have realized that it is not just the

Effective communication is one of the project management competencies that I am about
to reflect on to make sure that a team understands the competency or skill of having information
shared at all levels of the project team. There might be a situation which is being taken as an
example here that due to lack of communication between people within the project team, a
project completely fails since there was no information shared between the people who have an
intermediate project head between them.
