INTRODUCTION-
Team management helps in selecting the right people who have the all required skills to support
the accomplishment of the goal for which it has prepared. By doing a good team management, a
leader makes it definite that all the members will submit their work right in time. So, team
management also supports in building a productive workforce. It also provides a work satisfaction
to all the members who are associated with the team because of the guidance which they receive
from the leader.

DEFINITION OF TEAM AND GROUP-
A team is generally formed with the purpose of achieving a single goal with the contribution of
different individuals who work together as the member of the team. All the members of a team
work in the same direction which is being assigned by the head and leader who has all the powers
regarding the formation of different rules for the guidance of the team.
Whereas, group is like number of people when come together who basically have same interest
and quality and share their though and views with each other. But it is not necessary in a group that
all the people have one common target. It might be differed from the taste and preferences of the
individuals.

ABOUT THE FORMATION OF THE GROUP-
The group has been formed for the preparation of a project which requires the proposal of the
different individuals on the selected topic. It has created so many ways to conduct the project in the
most innovative and productive way. While working in every person is contributing their best so as
to achieve their personal as well as the target for which the group has been prepared. Working in a
group is very interesting task as one has to deal with different adverse situation which will
stimulate the risk-taking ability of a person. Group activity has provided a significant opportunity
to share your knowledge with other people.

REFLECTION ON THE CONTRIBUTION IN GROUP-
In the beginning of the group activity, I was quite confused about the working of the task and in
what way it will get distributed among the members. But later I have focused on the ability and
skills of the people who are involved in the group. I have decided to allot the activities
according to the choices and interest of the individuals, as this will make them more engaged
with the goal of the working. I often focus on conversing more with the people to know about
their performance and any issues which are faced by them in carrying out some kind of activity.

embraces the quality of good listening and have the potential by which he can communicate well the
others. Moreover, one must be ready to face all the unpredicted situated, because it will help the
other members to face this situation in the nest possible way. A leader should know the importance of
learning and must be ready to grab the knowledge.

CONCLUSION
The above given presentation is about the management of team while working on any group
activity. It reflects the person experience in respect to the working in a group task and about
distinct methods which helps in making the members focused towards the goals. Tuckman’s
model has been elaborated in this report which assist and guide in the formulation of a team before
the commencement of any project
