this is known as an organization. In today's fast changing business environment it is very

be used by the managers. The team is more important for every organization because it
contributes a lot in the success of business entity. It is an effective process of organizing,
planning, leading and controlling of organizational activities in order to achieve its goals and
objectives in an appropriate manner. These processes of management assists in taking best
decision and resolve all issues in the firm. In an organization management is more important
because it is a vast creation of optimum uses of available resources in the business and the
individuals. The process of managing organization is the creative activity of getting a group of

is based on Tesco, this cited company is an international retail firm which provide grocery
products to its customers in order to achieve higher satisfaction by them. Various team
