I was a part of a team which had 25 members in it in an organization.

Implementer Out of the 25 members of team, 3 was
observed to be the implementer.
Three of them were observed to be
disciplined and highly reliable. However,
they were bit inflexible.
Shaper Two of the rest were shaper with
challenging and dynamic personalities.
However, they were see to be highly
influential to provocation.
Completer/ finisher One of the rest was the finisher with the
quality of delivering on time and the
drawback of being reluctant to delegate.
Plant 3 of the rest were observed to be the plant in
the organization with extrovert and
communicative personality and the
detrimental quality of ignoring the
incidentals.
Monitor/ evaluator 2 of the rest were observed to be the
monitors with the quality of accurate
judgement and the effective decision
making and along with that, they were seen
to lack the quality to motivate others.
