Reward and Recognition Schemes
As examined that after the prosperous period of one year that the employees have
effectively put their efforts and gained the desired result of increasing the number of new
players in the team, the organisation has decided to benefit the members with different
reward and recognition program. The reward and recognitions are determined as below.
Giving free vacations
The employees would be provided with a free vacation trip in the return of the efforts
they have put for the last 12 months. This would prove a medium of break and relaxation to
them.
Rewarding employees with safety and health
Taking all the necessary precautions before-hand that the employees are not hampered
during work time. In addition to this, ensuring that the employees are provided with proper
medical ailments in the concern that they get hurt while working. Moreover, the employees
can be provided with the opportunity of connecting themselves to the insurance policies in
which a part of the money would be paid by the association.
Friendly Environment in the Association
Encouraging a human-friendly environment and fun activities that would help the
employees engage with each other will help them to gel up effectively with each other. This
reward and recognition strategy will not just relax the mental pressure of the employees but
also increase the aspect of unity among them.

efforts. The employees at the top level with a higher level of appreciation and the others for

each other, the association would ensure that the star player based on the calculation of every
month would be provided with monetary incentives.
