Outputs, projects and deliverables
The outputs, projects and deliverables can only be achieved if proper ‘Business
Plan’ is adopted by the organization. According to Burns & Dewhurst (2016), the seven
main elements which is required to address properly to achieve the target is executive
summary which gives the overview of the plan followed by company description, market
analysis, organization and management, sales strategies, funding requirement and financial
projection. This are the elements which forms the structure of an organization and help the
organization to achieve a great height in the near future, so it is advisable to follow the
structure strictly so that an effective pattern can be formed.
After completing the business plan, it is expected that the participation of the players
will be increased by 4% in 2019 - 2020 and participation of girl aged from 5 to 18 will
increase by 2% in 2019 – 2020. The target can be achieved only if the communication
channel is effective in nature so that the information can be transmitted in shorter period of
time and in an impactful way. The target need to be set every now and then so that the
performance of the employees can also be measured.
Conduct and behaviours
The strategic plan which is basically followed are: operating the plan by trusting and
integrating with the fellow colleagues, along with members as well as community; customer
focus is to be done by stimulating the interests and passion of the members as well as the
broader football community; developing mutual trust and friendship between the members
by analysing their strength and efficiency of doing a good team work; innovation can be
done with the help of changes and practices and transparency and openness to be maintain
while communicating with customers, board of directors as well as members. The behaviour
should be maintain towards the fellow workers as this behaviour comes with the workplace
ethics and need to be followed strictly by the members of the team.

Knowledge and skills
According to Slack, Maynard, Butt & Olusoga (2013), the famous football team
which plays in English Premier League follow some of the programs to develop the
knowledge and skills of the players. This ultimately motivates them to participate in the
competition and perform up to the mark as expected from them. By developing and
enhancing some of the internal factors it can be achieved. There are external factors as well
but if the internal factors are addressed properly and correctly in less possible time then the
organization is able to achieve success in less time possible.
The factors such as: physical factors, environmental factors along with the
psychological factors. The psychological factors can be further divided into effectiveness in
game management; pre-match preparation; mental toughness; opportunity to grow and
develop in the game; support networks as well as services; physical health development;
enhancing the performance level of the players and developing personal character. The
programs are useful and quite important for the enhancement of the skills and performance
of the players so as to reach the target in a less possible time.
This are the few programs/activities which need to be organized in the 12 months
duration to motivate the players male as well as females to enhance their skills and
knowledge about the game.
Support needed to do my job well?
There are certain changes which need to be address properly and immediately by
providing full control of the program in the hands of the head coach. This will automatically
make the player more involved in the process and track record can be maintain by the
assistance coach about the development of the players. The modern equipment need to be
installed so that the physical attributes of the individual players can be recorded and

How do I know if I am performing well?
The performance of the effective team performance plan can be measured with the
performance of the club in the matches and will be reflected in the attitude of the players
male or female. The team performance plan is essential to develop the players mind set
along with the physical attributes. It can also be measured whether the planning help to
deliver the desired results in the desired time or not which will prove the success of the
team performance plan. The success in the campaign also help to measure the performance
of the effective team performance planning. It is a slow process as the effectiveness cannot

next 12 months is as follows: 15th December, 2019 at 1500 hours; 20th March, 2020 at 1500 hours;
15th June, 2020 at 1400 hours and 10th August, 2020 at 1400 hours.
We are required to focus on some of the workplace concern such as raising funds for the
events, which is going to take place and increase in the participation of the players in the
community football. So, that the percentage increase by 4% in 2019 and strategies to be taken by us
to increase the participation of girls aged between 5 and 18 years by 2% in 2019. The general
manager is excited about the proposal, as this will increase the participation rate of the players male
or female in the near future.
There are training and development activities which is going to take place to increase the
agility, strength, performance of the players both male and female. The physical strength
development session is going to take place on 10th September, 2019 at 0800 hours in the club gym
where there will be different types of cardio session, light weight lifting session and sprint test
which will help us to understand the physical attributes of each one of you. On 15th September,
2019 at 1000 hours as per the physical attribute report which will be recorded to increase the
performance by providing tips and diet accordingly. This will be done to make the team balance
health wise and strength wise as well.
