Team effectiveness is very important for an organisation in order to achieve the
company's objectives. It can be describes as the capability of a team to execute the goals of an
organisation. This assignment will discuss about the work outcomes that are achieved by the
team cohesiveness and various ways to promote shared understanding of the roles and
responsibilities of the team members in the JKL Industries. As well as, same is also enlighten
several policies and framework for resolving issues like communication and conflicts.
