1. Outline and explain a process you could use to ensure that issues,
concerns and problems that members of your team have raised or
identified are recognised and addressed.
It is important to conduct group feedback and assessment campaign in which the
employees will be allowed to provide their grievances and the problems, concerns and
the issues previously identified and raised before will also be taken into consideration as
well. This initiative will be taken to understand the ideas and perceptions of the team
members and the problems they face. This campaign will allow the employees to
provide their feedback, and both group and individual discussions will be conducted so
that it becomes easy to understand the problems they are facing and for how long they
are facing that. It will also help to understand whether the issues and the problems are
grave and if they needed an immediate solution or not.
This will also help to gather employee reviews and questionnaires can be set to
gather information about the problems faced by the employees inside the company.
Assessments will help to diagnose the problems within the office and the common
problem inside the organisation can be understood, which can be solved immediately.
Peer review will also help to identify numerous problems and it will help the employees
to mention the problems they frequently encounter. Finally, it will also help in the risk

To ensure full contribution to the team it is important to understand the end goal
and the way in which it can be achieved hassle free. It is important to identify aims and
objectives properly so that the overall requirement of the company could be understood
and the clarification of the tools can help to contribute in a better way. There must be
complete collaboration from my side so that the project work can be completed without
a problem and it becomes flexible and free flowing. It is required to recognise the
interdependencies of the project and proper cooperation and collaboration has to be
maintained so that all the tasks can be achieved within stipulated time and budget.
When problems will be faced, it is important to ask questions and when the
projects are complex it is important to communicate so that proper updates can be
received and the schedules can be collaborated with the interdependencies. Proper
prediction skills must be used to understand upcoming patterns and analysis of the
previous projects must be conducted so that previous patterns can be learnt to help in
the contemporary project. Finally, it is important to break down the task into smaller
steps so that it becomes easy to set goals and achieve the definable tasks. To become
the role model it is important to have the capability of complete confidence and
leadership and the person must not be afraid to be unique so that other people show
respect. It is also important to be knowledgeable and well rounded having their ability to
admit mistakes and humidity inside the work premise.

environment.
It is important for every team members to participate in the activities of the team
and it is a task of the team leader to ensure and encourage participation. It is likely that
there can be different types of ideas in a team and this can become a problem during
the time of decision-making. Therefore, the team leader will have to introduce the
stepladder technique and allow everybody to participate in the action of decision-
making. A proper voting system will also help. The team leader will have to consider
the possible probabilities and will have to conduct a multi-voting section in which every
team member will provide their answers and the one, which has the majority of votes,
will win. After completing the vote, it is important to pinpoint the priorities so that
everybody can understand all the levels of every task and the way in which the common
problems can be solved. It is also important to develop the team in a way so that they
can work together to achieve the same goal. Finally, it is important to allow the team to
develop a solution because everybody in a team has different personalities and
viewpoints, which can help, and different ways of completing the project.

For solving the problems, it is important to open the conversation and clarify the
purpose of the problem and this will help to understand the effect of the problem inside
the workspace. The clarification of the problem help would avoid absolutes,
generalisation, and the observable behaviour or specific outcomes can only be
understood. It will also help to create solutions that are acceptable to the team leader
and the team members and specific steps can be created so that it can be done within
our proper period. A conclusion will have to be provided in which everybody will
summarise the solution and his or her expressions will have to be analysed for the
betterment of the workspace.
