working together. By encouraging the means to speak opening, making suggestions, sharing
the ideas and by proving voice for their opinion, manager can increase the level of
participation of employees. It is true that communication is a two Way Street through which
employees starts knowing each other (Belcher, 2019).
In addition to this, it should also provide the induction training through which he can
become familiar with all the members who are working in the organization. With the help of
this training, both the employees get to know each other perspective, beliefs and values, as
well as they can share their experience that will help in great way to increase participation of
both. It is also true that conflict in every organization is evitable. Conflict arises when
disagreement occurs between the people over the competition, status power, values as well as
resources. For example- in the case, Heather is also introvert as she only wants to complete
the project by itself and even without taking the assistance of other (Noe, Hollenbeck,
Gerhart & Wright, 2017).
It sometimes becomes a problem when employees are required to work together.
Therefore, as a manager, it is essential to adopt such strategies that will help in increasing the
