Team management
Leading a team for the team leader can be exhausting, rewarding, and inspiring. It is difficult for
the leaders to take some time to check the works of the team members; their problems, their
creativity of working, and if they are on the right track or not. But checking the members of the
team and guiding them is the most crucial part of the leader for the success of the project. So it
is important for the team leader to make some strategies for the effective management of the
team (El-Sofany, et. al., 2014). For the effective management the leader should be transparent in
every aspect and with everyone, should communicate with the team members regularly, provide
and take feedbacks that are valuable, and the importance of all is to trust the team members of
the team. The most difficult thing to manage is found to be time management.
Time management
Time is the most difficult part of the management of the team as the workload is excessively
increasing because of the growing competition in the world. But it is important to manage time
in the team for the success of the project (Pehlivan, 2013). The time can be effectively in a team
by setting timelines and expectations clearly, helping the members of the team in discovering
where their time going and can they avoid it with a time audit, giving training to the members of
team for making plan for the time management, and by making the members stick to a planned
schedule.
