To develop team cohesion and team work there is necessary requirement of coordination
and togetherness among members. To facilitate the work with ease and efficient manner there is
need to help each other. While taking or making decisions to ask views of all team members
develops a friendly and good environment. If manager of the gym will take suggestions from his
entire subordinate then it will make decision more worthy and strong. It also encourages
subordinates to work and give their best. Each and every member taking his or her own
responsibility in the gym will make the work easy and completed on time. Proper roles are
assigned to each and everyone so there is no complication and confusion for their duties. The
manager is not in personal touch with every client while, trainer or other subordinate is that’s
why to aid or take views of all team members will result in a good decision. The team represents
that each and every decision is made with the consult of every member. Therefore, to aid in
decision making by team members is must(Costa, Passos, & Bakker, 2014)
Positive and Negative Behavior
In every team there are different kinds of individuals. Every individual is different and

behavior can be addressed in a way that an issue raised by a client in the gym. The issue was
normal and can be solved with discussion and positive attitude. But there is a team member
whose thoughts are negative and his behavior is rude so if he becomes rude with the client then
this can lead to a serious issue. Therefore, in every place situation arises but how to overcome is
within member’s behavior. Positive behavior is healthy and good for everyone whereas, negative
is not. Each and every client in the gym wants member of friendly and peaceful nature(Duncan,
2010)

lack of coordination among both trainers. Their thoughts were not coordinating or matching with
each other which have created hindrances in maintaining the gym affairs and clients. Both tried
