Part C: Written progress report
The meeting for the title of development and progress is organising at
Fernwood pharmacy on 30 July 2018. There will be 5 sessions covered in the
meeting and it will start at 11.00 AM. The development and progress meeting will
cover welcome and opening session of respective chairperson. Opening speech,
presentation and honouring will start at 11.15 AM by the chairperson and CEO of the
business regarding topic of customer satisfaction survey. The chairperson will
introduce participants involved in the meeting at 11.35 AM. Chairperson,
management and participants involved in meeting will discuss the issues and agenda
of customer satisfaction survey at 12.05 PM. Participants will review agenda and
issues discussed before during the meeting at 12.30 PM which will be addressed by
chairperson and managers. At 1.15 PM participants, chairperson and managers will
discuss elements which are coming as barrier for business to accomplish its
objectives and goals effectively. This will help to understand what factors are
affecting customer satisfaction survey process. Participants, chairperson, managers
and other members present in the meeting will provide their ideas and thoughts to
overcome with such issues identified earlier at 1.50 PM. The chairperson will collect
all the information and data regarding customer satisfaction survey and will provide
next date for the meeting at 2.30 PM effectively. Time, topics and agenda will be
represented by the management team to collect information and data regarding
customer satisfaction survey process with relevant sources. This will help to make an
overall conclusion of the project to achieve desired goals and objectives towards
development and progression meeting at Fernwood pharmacy.
Self Reflection
It can be said that being a team leader is not that easy and also a challenging
as well as complex task. I have faced many issues and problems at the beginning of
project while managing the team and making communication with them effectively. At
the meeting also I faced issues regarding communication skills and leadership
techniques. Being an experience team leader I always try to make an effective
coordination with my team so that I can provide valuable information to them which
will help to make project even faster and effective. It was conducted by me that the
project of Fernwood pharmacy is completed on time and also the objectives and
goals are met. During the middle of project I faced some difficulties such as effective
management of team, relationship management, coordination and managing plans. I
was not sure which activity should be completed by me which is necessary and
important for the project. After a communication with customer I am able now to set
clear objectives and goals which can help me and my team members to achieve their
targets effectively. On this basis I created the project management plan. I also
