Inability to resolve conflicts: It can’t be resolved as all the team members make the

Lack of participation: As the team member didn’t able to achieve the goals within the
timely manner and it is due to the poor attendance and less participation as well as engagement
during the meetings.
Why is it a challenge?
The team work promotes the productivity and the creativity but sometime have face some
different challenges by which some negative or not favoured result will get developed and that
challenges are as defined below as:
Role uncertainty: There is a difference while working individual or as the team as in
team the responsibilities will get shared in between the team members. Thus it is hard for those
who never worked in a team thus they didn’t have clarity of what to do and what not to
(Crawford, 2018).
Lack of trust: As if person work individually then they have take the decision by their
own and while working in team maximum decision will be taken by making the decision with all
members. Thus it is harder to get believe in someone whom the person didn’t have any
connection before.
Unclear goals: Some of the employee have worked even more better while working
individually and have make better contribution but it will not remain while working in the team.
The major reason behind the conflicts is ambiguity of the goals that directly affect the
productivity as well.
In this both the employee and the Sainsbury’s get affected a lot as the individual
working behaviour will get affected by which the team didn’t achieve its goals by which more
the company didn’t achieve its objectives in timely manner thus their profit also get decreased.
