Introduction
This assignment is based on the workplace scenario. In this scenario, the quality of teamwork is
described. This assignment is based on the explanation of the process and the purpose of the
good teamwork. As an individual there in this assignment there is a need to describe every aspect
of the teamwork in the organization. The facing challenges need to be described in this report,
the strength of the individual and the team also need to be explained in this report.

What Challenge do you foresee?
In the process of providing training on effective teamwork at the workplace, the challenge which
comes up is to provide the proper work environment in the workplace so that the product quality
could be reached properly. When you work as a separate each decision used to be taken by
yourself. But when you work with a team at that there should be trust factor that each team
member will do their best to complete the task. The biggest issue or challenge is that there is
different talent in each and every team member and some employee contribute their best, but
some employee contains less knowledge, and this tends to create a reason of unnecessary
drawbacks of the workplace.
What theory/practical do you see fitting the situation
There are multiple principles available for adult learning that is very beneficial for the growth of
the organization. Most of the adults prefer that kind of learning situation which is based on
practical and problem-centre. The practical work will be beneficial for the employees to increase
their knowledge. Mostly adults like to participants in such kind of activity where they can
showcase their quality and knowledge. At the stage of learning there need to provide low-risk
activities in small group settings. The team leader needs to help them so that they can become
more confident and they can do their very effectively. The newly adults need to integrate new
ideas to enhance their knowledge in a field. The adults need to exploit their experience. This is
the duty of team leader of the higher person to identify the talent of the team members so the
employee can share the new idea to do that task in another way (McNiff, 2013).
What strength do you see in yourself and in the group?
As an individual, I have the quality to do work under pressure. In the organization, everyone has
to prove that he or she is a better candidate for the organization. In the workplace everything
change at some time but the thing which remains constant that is work pressure. This is quality
which I have as an individual and in my group also. The person who can work under pressure
can survive in the organization for a long time. The thing which needs to remember here is that
the ability to work under pressure is not the main thing, the main thing is to complete the task
with good quality also. This is the quality which helps the group to complete the task within the
deadline. In the group, there is a strength which is proper teamwork. Each team member helps

each other is someone is facing any kind of issue. This shows the perfect example of good
teamwork. This quality is good for a team and as an individual also and this strength is also
given positive results to the organization to a growth of the organization (Renzulli, 1992)
How do you see yourself handling the challenge of individuals?
In an organization, there are different candidate with having a lack of ability. Someone is facing
work understanding issue, someone is facing the English issue, and someone is having learning
disabilities. The purpose of the organization is to keep moving forward with their employees.
The persons who are facing learning issue than the team leader of that team in which the
candidate is working need to focus on that employee and should give some deadline to
understand the way of work. If the employee is not able to understand the work eventually then
the organization must skip that person (Sutton, 2002). The person who is facing the issue in the
English language then I will find that kind of work in which the use of English is less like that
employee could be a switch in marketing field or another field. In an organization, there are
many fields available where we can switch candidate. At the stage of learning each and, every
employee gets the same chance to prove themselves and to show their work quality (Collier,
2010).
Conclusion
The basic aim of this assignment is to provide training on the effective teamwork in the
organization. There were four individual perspectives were given in this assignment and each
and every preparative is successfully described and defined in this report. There were different
problem outcome and strength of the teamwork purpose are successfully described in this report.
