Ability of an individual to work in a team is a significant factor as working with a team
maximized collaboration and enables brainstorming to produce more ideas. And teamwork
comprises various benefits like it creates friendly work atmosphere that helps in increasing work
effectiveness and also supports in solving issues, teamwork produces constant flow of innovative
ideas.( Ghaferi & Dimick, 2016). The major components of an effective team work are:
Effective management: a team leader has to well defined and organized work of a team.
Developed soft skills: communication and soft skills are required to work effectively in a team
that’s why most of the company requires that an individual must have this skill.
Trust: it plays a major in teamwork. Sharing responsibilities by trusting each other is must. A
respect as well as positive attitude for coworker is must in corporate world. (Martin, 2016).
Creating collaboration is now becoming slogan in corporate world. It is the efficient way to solve
problems. Therefore developing a collaborative environment in a corporate world depends on an
individual productivity (Barfield, 2016). So to build team that can reliably work together, there
are methods to encourage collaborations:
1. By creating a Suitable environment
2. By deploying right tools
3. By identifying leaders in collaborative environment.
4. By analyzing when to adapt modern technologies, internal inefficiencies and a new
market.
5. Collaboration must be defined as a core value and must be integrated in every person
workflow.

It is challenge for an industry to fulfill the needs of personnel at workplace. Obtaining a wide
perspective in collaborative work is more significant than ever. At the same period, this intensity
needs to have places for private refuge more substantial. An appropriate balance among
collaboration and privacy cannot be provided by any kind of work atmosphere. It is all about
inspiring individuals with selections and some portion of control over the work environment. But
when palette of place can be selected by worker then an atmosphere of interrelated areas and
settings that provides support to emotional, cognitive and physical needs to draw energy and
inspiration and reestablished by placid of privacy. (McCord, 2018).

Summary
Nowadays, teamwork is becoming a necessary part in the success of working in corporate
environment. An individual ability plays an important role in work with team. The abilities of an
individual are reliable, straightforward, loyal, comprising positive attitude for coworkers, soft
communication skills, risk taker, mutual respect. If all the individuals in a team comprises these
qualities, than they makes a team an extraordinary team. A team leader is necessary to monitors
all the actions in team. As the collaboration plays a major role in team work so all the individuals
in team must be collaborative in nature. Collaboration allows brainstorming, and offering
different perceptions to provide solutions. Collaboration in team at workplace also offers equal
opportunities to each and every team member to communicate and share their ideas. Business
should empower collaboration at workplace among their teams as collaboration changes the way
of thinking, it encourages self analysis. Collaboration helps in developing employee skills, fast
tracks the development process and speed up the solution, finishes the target in comparatively
less time, improves employee retention as well. It has been seen that sometimes while working in
a team , mind of an individual easily changes and doesn’t agree with team members so this is the
drawback in continuous collaboration. And it is also necessary for an individual to get privacy so
ideas can be formed. Ultimately workplace requires to permit team to connect effortlessly face to
face or at a distance with the help of technical communications to match their teamwork
requirements and also privacy boundaries. It can be suggested that complete work is explained
by experiences and opportunities to enable an individual to do his best.

Conclusion
From the research work, it can be deliberated that teamwork is an effective thing for an excellent
success in corporate world. It plays a crucial role in corporate environment. As it is an effective
method of completing work in an efficient way within a time. Teamwork also helps in delivering
the best performance. Effective teamwork can transform the business and creates a transparent
channel of communication, enhances productivity, and support an individual in sense of
persistence and identity. The base of a good team is having a collaborated commitment.
Therefore teamwork is becoming essentially important in existing organization. Teamwork
provides innovations. Team leader plays a great role in managing teamwork. Enlightened
industries are progressively realizing the worth of collaboration and looking for techniques to
nurture it in team. Both traditionally as well as virtually. It high time to nurture a collaborative
essence among the team members. This research work offered a fair idea on the significance and
the advantages of empowering collaboration among team members. Collaboration facilitates
benefits to employee and organizations as well by sharing ideas and interaction. Collaboration is
becoming big engine for development and innovation. But a successful collaboration needs
providing easily accessible to each other and also requires to deliver privacy to an individual. It
is a basic human nature that sometimes privacy is required at workplace. Workers are
desperately seeking privacy and demanding for it. A survey is conducted globally, in which it
have been seen that only 11% of respondents were actually happy from their work environment.
It is a timeless issue. From this research work it has been analyzed that a right balance can be
achieved between collaboration and privacy by allowing the members to work in face to face and
in distance environment by communicating through technical communications.
