INTRODUCTION
Communication and appropriate framework signifies the important factor for every business
organisation that helps in improving favourable ambience at workplace. It will help the
subordinate of organisation to make interaction with its staff for achieving goal as well as
objective in pre-decided period of time. It will also help in assessing the appropriate
communication that imposes direct impact on the overall teamwork in both favourable and
adverse manner. It is considered as a important for the subordinate to make appropriate
communication so that it bring the good relationship from one another. The present assignment is
carried upon the company named as Nuffield Health. It is considered as a non-profit organisation
that provides healthcare facility to the individual person at UK. The main purpose is to provide
appropriate communication in order to increase the performance level of a staff member at
organisation (Harris and Sherblom, 2018).

Communication is considered as a Process that helps in sharing their ideas, views as well
as information from one to another through the use of symbol, words as well as sign and so on. It
is considered as an important for everyone to perform their work in a team that help in conveying
message as well as information on continuous basis and make interaction on continuous way in
order to bring positive ambience at workplace (Royal College of Physicians, 2018). It imposes
direct impact on the performance level of member of team or overall organisation. If there is a
communication among the employees as well as team member is not considered as an
appropriate that it will generate conflict among the overall performance level in adverse manner.
Hence it is necessary or important for the leader to provide motivation to its subordinate in order
to bring corporation or coordination among the organisation that help in achieving best results in
future period of time. In context of organisation it is important for the manager of the company
to have appropriate communication skill for bringing positive or favourable relationship among
the member of team in given period of time. In assistance of this it is necessary to have
appropriate knowledge regarding the communication with its member of team and put them
encouraged in order to perform or conduct their functions and activity of Organisation in
appropriate manner. Through the use of this, they operate their organisation in smooth way.

Therefore it is necessary to work in a team and the manager is also performing their
responsibility for appropriate communication with the member of team. There are various
methods for communication which is going to be mentioned below:
Having face-to-face interaction it is considered as a important method that help the
manager to make a face to face interaction with it subordinate in order to increase their
engagement at workplace. It is the responsibility of leader to assess the need of the subordinate
in order to increase their motivation level for boosting the performance at workplace (Sorensen
and Stanton, 2016).
Motivate for two way feedback it is considered as the other method that is helpful in
communication in order to take reviews or feedback on continuous basis and they focus on
reducing any kind of issues as well as problem among them. It is considered as a important for
the manager to improve the two way interaction in an appropriate way. By taking feedback on
regular way it increases the chances that help in improving favourable results and increase the
large number of opportunities (O’Leary, 2016).
Show appreciation it is important for the manager to increase the motivation as well as
stimulate the member of team in order to perform their work on regular basis. It is the
responsibility of leader to provide appreciation to its staff member for their performance and help
in achieving vision and mission in pre-decided period of time.
Use suitable platform of communication it is considered as a process in which it is
necessary for member of team to perform their work in order to achieve their target in timely
manner. For communicating as well as sharing important information from one another it is
important to have a proper platform that helps in motivating subordinate at workplace. The
company adopt telephone, email as well as social media that reduce or eliminate conflict among
the employees at workplace.
From the above mentioned analysis there are various methods that help in making
appropriate communication and also provide their contribution in increasing the level of
performance for both employee as well as employees in appropriate manner.

company for increasing the level of communication that imposes direct impact on the

organisation focuses on building appropriate coordination or cooperation among the member of
team by providing any kind of Ideas. It increases the possibility of improving the positive results.
For example if the manager of business organisation use this kind of theory it help in motivating
the member of team and generate positive ambience within business organisation in order to
achieve favourable results.
In addition to this, all this kind of theory related to communication help the manager to
appropriately communicate with one another in an effective manner. Through the use of theories
they bring the positive or favourable relationship among the member of team so that they provide
contribution in order to increase the level of productivity of subordinate. Hence all these kind of
model is determined as a necessary for the manager in order to make communication in an
appropriate way and helps in encouraging its subordinate (Thompson, 2018).
Moreover it is necessary to that the performance level of subordinate and communication
is considered as an important for whole growth as well as success of organisation. For this
purpose the leader as well as manager of the organisation that provide healthcare services is
responsible for bringing a favourable ambiance at workplace. If there is any kind of poor
communication than the performance level of team member will be eliminated and it imposes
negative impact on the outcomes that is essential for business organisation. For example it is
necessary to have important information and that is communicated in an appropriate manner in
order to increase the level of performance otherwise it imposes negative impact on the goal of
the organisation. And it has been analysed at appropriate communication is considered as an

of employees. There are various kinds of method which helps in increasing the communication
and performance level of employees in favourable way. There are various methods that is
determined by the manager that is going to be mentioned below:
Less misunderstanding here in the business organisation focuses on collecting necessary
information that is transferred to its subordinate in order to eliminate the unnecessary
misunderstanding among the employers and employees within business organisation. If there is a
kind of lack of appropriate communication among the employees and it is important for the
manager to improve the appropriate communication between the members of team. It helps in
increasing the engagement of member of staff and also they take participations in functions of
the organisation. In context of the company, the employee focuses on communicating the
objective of business organisation in appropriate way with the subordinate that eliminated the
chances of misunderstanding among them (O’Dwyer, 2019).
Empowerment and transparency appropriate communication assists in increasing the
productivity and efficiency level of the manager that help in bring empowerment as well as
transparency within business organisation. Therefore, it is necessary for the member of team to
have necessary information in order to feel empowered for performing their task with confidence

member of team on continuous basis and provide appropriate guidance to them. It helps in

result in reducing the conflict as well as issues that arise and it also increase the performance
level of subordinate. It also has been assessed that the member of team focuses on bringing new
ideas in order to achieve their target in an appropriate manner. Hence, there are various activities
which are conducted by the team member that help in bringing positive relationship with the
member of team. It will help the subordinate of organisation to make interaction with its staff for
achieving goal as well as objective in pre-decided period of time. It will also help in assessing
the appropriate communication that imposes direct impact on the overall teamwork in both
favourable and adverse manner. It is considered as a important for the subordinate to make
appropriate communication so that it bring the good relationship from one another.
