INTRODUCTION
For any organisation success team work is important. A better and effective team
management helps in increasing the production and promotes in providing effective service. In
any organisation team development model is necessary. For this a person should have to be
understand the importance of team. As an employee of Samsung, I have to use certain
approaches which helps in creating better team for efficient productivity and service. Such
approaches are:
1. Forming
2. Storming
3. Norming
4. Performing
5. Adjourning
A brief description of each and every stage is as follow:
A) Forming: It is a initial stage where team and groups be formed. All the persons in this
group are of same nature and kind. On this stage team members get to know each other. On my
first day I was so excited and happy for my job. All employees were good in nature and support
me.
At the time of ice breaking stage, all employees were getting nervous and anxious about
their roles and duties. They really did not know about in which team or group they were going to
belong. According to me, ice breaking should have to be done in such a manner where all
employees of same nature got merge and start working for the goal of cited organisation. One of
from us assign with a duty of leader, and he did his role perfectly.
B) Storming: On this stage ideas and suggestion made difference in employees. It leads to
create conflicts and misunderstanding between them. Because ideas of each and every one was
different and not same in an organisation. Sometimes, few employees show dissatisfaction with
the decision taken by leaders or with other employees suggestion.
For any organisation success team work is important. A better and effective team

I assume about the plant role in organisation because my ideas are very creative and new.
So, I am getting more comfortable with such thing. Some employees show anxiety on my idea
and build feeling of jealously in them. This leads to create conflicts in between them and me.
But I sorted out all conflicts in a constructive manner and gave a hand of friendship with
them.
C) Norming: By sorting out all the conflicts between them, team members know the
value of team and start working with each other. All members became happy because leader
assign them their duties according to their will. My role in organisation is of plant which made
me satisfy about that. I set goals to produce effective smartphone of dual SIM which leads to
support many people in the world. This idea was realistic and team can be work on it easily. This
helps in creating team spirit feeling in each and every unit candidate which leads to maintain an
effective presentation.
D) Performing: In performing all employees start trusting each other which helps in
maintaining a better result from all the outcomes. Now everyone had full faith on each other this
helped in getting effective result in production of smartphones which are based on new
technology.
All members helped each other and performs for the company on the place of individual
interest. So, the chances of conflicts and difficulty get decline. And it helps in creating a
attractive presentation.
E) Adjourning: Tuckman's this stage states that when the task and project get finished
and this is the time when person have to breakup with its team. Now a person should have to
move on on other things. This shows that an individual have some best and worst moments in an
organisation.
My best moments are when my whole team supports me in making of presentation
without any issues. Issues arise at the starting stage when some employees disagree from my
idea. That was my best experience while working in team. It taught me the value of team and
unit works. Also, it helps in getting so much knowledge from my seniors that how to survive in
any situation in this competitive business world.
