It is clearly noted in the scenario of the current workplace where more emphasis is given
to the pride and personal achievement in the place of work. It is slowly leading to the declining
of the concept of teamwork and is getting overlooked by both the managers and the employees.
Therefore this has led to the undermining of the potential of the team work in the industry.
Therefore in order to gain the personal benefits they are actually lacking in both personal growth
as well as the productivity in the working conditions. They seemed to be less careful about the
effective team work and team communication with respect to the perfect tool for increasing the
productivity and efficiency in work (Gharaveis et al , 2019)
Organizational behavior in the business is generally based on striking the balance
between the success and balance with giving special importance to the team work. Instances
related to the group work is actually a way that enables the leaders to examine the sample of the
behavior of the group of employees (Karp et al, 2019). Therefore many of the organizational
behavior are generally tested in the group work and therefore it also enables the employees to
understand what is actually working for them and what isn’t? In a team with proper
communication support can be easily available when the person isn’t able to perform the task
solo which won’t hinder the organization commitments and therefore work will be deliver as
committed.

on Organizational Effectiveness
Culture has been seen to predict the organizational effectiveness. Culture is said to be the
belief and the attitudes or the values, behaviors and assumption of the members of the
organization. It is however, reflected in the statement of missions and vision of the company. It
also reflects the behaviors of the employees and it defines how the organizations functions in a
way (König, 2020).
It has been noted that the couple of people who are interested to work with each other and
they are the members of the particular organization. If they tend to have a similar kind of belief
they are going to maintain a similar pattern of values and behaviors which will create a culture
for that particular organization. Therefore with the similar pattern of judgments it becomes easier
to detect and correct the violation of the norms and the procedures. Wide agreement between
different members of the organization related to the norms and procedures further helps in
maintenance of better alignment and helps in creating an air of clarity related to the alignment of
goals and practices. Alignment of goals facilitates coordination among the various employees as
well as clients which won’t create any further fuss resulting in diversion of different views
related to the best interests of the employees. Such alignment where the beliefs and practices go
hand in hand enhances the performance of the organization. The shared purpose of the members
towards the directions of organizational vision enhances the organizational efficiency. (Camelia
