 This presentation depicts the importance of team-work in the
workplace, by evaluating problems that might come when people work
on a same task with strategies to overcome from the same.
 Along with this, reason behind why employers favour teamwork and
how universities help students in preparing them for workplace.

Importance of teamwork at workplace
Team-work plays an important role in promoting trust and friendly relationship
between people. It motivates people to work in parallel as well as align them to work
more harder and support each other for achievement of common objectives. The main
benefits of teamwork at workplace includes –

 In today’s multidisciplinary area, within every aspect of business, the diverse knowledge
and skills of teams are required to reach goals successfully. So, it is not possible for any
individual to work in isolated manner, because by doing so, creative ideas cannot generate
in their mind.
 The ability for performing simultaneously with others, considers a key to attain high
success and growth. Having the spirit of working in team, motivates a person to make
unity at the workplace.
 It provides initiative to develop creativity by sharing different perspective and opinion.
When a team works in effective way, then associated people can easily attain the difficult
stages of designing, organising and planning task activities to complete in set duration.

 In order to produce high quality of products, employers mostly concern to allot tasks
to employers in team-work. When employees work in a team, then they focus towards
a common goal and share skills with each other, for achievement of same. It increases
efficiency in work and aid an organisation to generate more revenue.
 From perspective of management, by encouraging teamwork, organisation can gain
better outcomes, with highly motivated workplace, where each worker possesses
