Digital technology is getting expand with a course of time which need to understand and
underpin by management properly so that further expansion could be done properly. For
determine the nature of market I used to understand the implications of digital technology on
business functions. DYSON Ltd. is one of an association established in 1987 and deal in
electronic house appliances. Recently it found that company produce such kind of vacuum
cleaners whom lead to get charge for 1 hour and then operated with long lasting 4 hours. At the
time while, this project is getting consulted, various kinds of things getting done proper where as
some are not. This is a group work where we 4 girls work together and create a best example of
team, working and team building. Although, we follow the Tuckman Model of team formulation.
Coordination among us was fabulous and excellent where we all work with appropriate
coordination.
Moreover, we divide the work between us properly like I am not able to walk just
because I am pregnant so my work is to gather information through internet sources. The whole
product description and services related matter of fact written and organise by me. I am very
good in research through internet sources which define as major reason of mine to define and
study about the product in better and suitable manner. I am a shine person which used to grow
and develop my growth in each and every field area. Although, I am quite emotional as well
which create barrier in my working. Like most of the time I felt that such girls used to take
advantage of my condition. But not everything went well while doing this project as in our initial
days we face so much problem to work in a group. I am an emotional person which made me cry
due to distance among between us as one of them was quite loud and get angry on little things. I
was not able to handle such consideration with a define course of time and made me cried.
One of them provided suggestion that to create an appropriate and suitable team we need
to adopt a model and then implement into our real life consideration. This define as major reason
of us to adopt the Tuckman model of team working which enable us to made an appropriate unit
which further promote this project succession. I understand the Tuckman model properly and
made it understand to 3 of them as well.
The first stage define about the formulation of team where forming is a place. Thus, all
team members were polite with each other and wants to know about each one of them. We all
were new to each other and does not know about much. This stage of forming where four of

them were getting aware and excited to know about us. This is an introduction stage where we
introduce to each other so that we could maintain and frame a better team.
The next phase is storming where chances of conflicts between each other arise with a
clear purpose. Although, each and every team member become challenger for each other. Thus, I
want to share a thought that when we perform this task most of the times conflicts arise among
us due to change in thoughts. We all have different thoughts and perspective while thinking
about a single factor. This create barrier in our presentation and report formulation as well as
hamper our work to conclude a better decision. But I took the initiative and start to talk with
others and try to find out the measure which facilitate to resolve all kind of problems among us.
Once we all work on this then our working ability tend to get improvise which enable me to
derive better and effective decision.
The next phase is norming where team start to work together and determine the path to
resolve the issues among each other. All colleagues start respecting the strength of each one of
them so that better and effective response towards project or consideration could be done. As a
team we already move to this section while storming taking place among us. I already take the
initiative and organise a party to resolve this problem. The party held at my house where we all
work properly and then try to get mix up. This will enable me and others to get know about each
other more closely which reflect strength to our work and chances of deriving better associated
outcome could become possible as well. I am become more comfortable to share my thoughts to
the one which was short tempered. We also start chatting with each other on group which made
and reflect more strength to our work so that determine target could be accomplish.
The next phase or stage is performing where team start to work together lead to work in
order to accomplish target and goal properly. Thus, it is a major duty of leader to resolve all
associated problems of a unit and made them a team which further assist them to work closely
and properly. On this level, we all four start concern towards our work and target which need to
determine and prepare a presentation on DYSON VACUUM CLEANER. Moreover, our issues
also get resolve properly which further enable me and my team to row and accomplish our
targets in better and define frame as well.
I am pregnant and thus my team enable and support me to work properly and they not
force me much to do field research. All stages of Tuckman lead to get fulfil properly with my
dedication and cooperation of my team members. Without them such project execution and reach

to extent was not possible. This add some more skills into me like leader, analytical and decision
maker. Thus, chances of deriving better and supportive outcome will lead to facilitate become
possible in tenure for growth and development.
