know what work they have to do , they don't wait for the instructions by leader.
The possibility of conflicts among team members get reduce as members get familiar with each
other . Leader of the team delegates work to team members, and they work accordingly and
sometimes team take necessary decisions without leader.
However, senior leader has to focus on maintaining discipline as well as decrease difference
that arise during any work place situation and hence impact on growth of firm. If the conflict
ans issues increase in this stage then it will take it to first step from where company has started
