Completer- Finisher( CF ) These are such such type of persons who see that all relevant

able to recognize the value which every member brings to table. These people are so calm having
good nature with great patience level and very effectively they delegate the task and provide
instruction and guidance at every point of time.
Motivational Theory
There are some type of needs which are most common to every individual. As we satisfy
those basic needs , we start to think to satisfy different high order needs. In other words it also
explain that once if lower level need is satisfied than after some time it not to serve as a
motivator. Most basic needs of this theory is physiological needs, it cover basic necessities such
food, clothes, water. These are most basic requirements if any of them are lacking than search for
it may overpower all other urges. Once physiological requirements are fully satisfied than people
tends to concerned regarding safety needs. Because health and safety are important term to all
employees or workers if company provide benefits related to health than it tends to provide
workforce some security or satisfaction. After this people want that their social need must also be
fulfil by company. Social needs include bonds with other employees , be loved and also to form
lasting attachment with others. As this need tends to get motivate employees to work hard and
retain in the same company for long term with their loved ones. As satisfaction of such social
need tends to make esteem need silent. Whereas esteem needs are related to position , in this
person wants that they must be respected by peer , juniors, and feel important as this need
provide appreciation and motivation. The highest hierarchy level includes the self actualisation
as it indicates that becoming all you are capable of becoming. As this respective need manifest
itself by the need to acquire new skill , new challenges to be take and tends to behave in such a
way which lead to attainment of one life goal.

motivated. And the rewards that was given are similar to those which was given to their peers. If
person believe that the reward which was given to them are not fair than it tends to distress and
try to make variation in things so that to create sense of fairness.
Vroom's expectancy theory of motivation says that peoples are tends to be motivated to
perform some thing with the help of three things. Individuals get motivated when reward
associated with action have some value. And have trust that if they perform well in job than they
will get the reward, also develops feeling that they can easily achieve the objectives with their
hard work as they have the ability to fulfil the targets. To serve this purpose two types of rewards
such as extrinsic and intrinsic are given. Intrinsic motivation covers internal things like sense of
achievement & fulfilment. On the other hand extrinsic motivation includes external things for
example promotion and money. As Vroom's model says that motivation level of people is
product of many factors such as valence, expectancy and instrumentality. Valence shows that
how much people value for the reward which was given to them as it its observe through specific
behaviour or results. Expectancy shows that how much they tends to believe that by putting
additional efforts objectives of the company can easily be achieve. Instrumentality reflects that
how much individuals believe the rewards that actually appears ,is they able to achieve desired
behaviours. If any of these factors skip than there is lack of motivation in individuals.
