INTRODUCTION
Management refers to the activities and art of
getting things done together to achieve the
desired goals and objectives with the help of
available resources efficiently. This report
explains the role of various management
theories of teamwork and motivational theories
such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Alderfer,
McClelland, Two Factors motivational theory
in order to understand the of team in depth.

TEAMWORK THEORIES
Belbin Theory comprises the nine team roles of the
behavioural attributes founded by Dr Meredith Belbin in
reference to track the progress of the team. The nine roles are
resource investigator, Team worker, Co-ordinator, Plant,
Monitor Evaluator, Specialist, Shaper, Implementer and
Completer Finisher. A team should have a proper balance
of the nine above mentioned team roles This theory explains
the role and pattern of behaviour which presents the
behaviour of one person which promotes the progress of the
whole team.

CVF'S ACTION IMPERATIVES
CVF is one of the main way to understand the culture if the teamwork which stands for Competing Values Framework
which was created in 1983 by Robert Quinn and John Rohrbaugh for measuring the individual leadership and behaviour.
Collaborate Quadrant(Yellow)- While making the project, learners became highly valued and focused on the long term
success of the project.
Create Quadrant(Green)- Under this quadrant the main focus is on the big picture, ideas to manage the resources.
Compete Quadrant(Blue)-This quadrant is all about to do things quickly for the immediate accomplishment of the
goals which keeps the structure of the teamwork in a hierarchical and structured manner.
Control Quadrant(Red)- I know that I have always preferred to be working in a team as I like to do things with a team
rather than alone. I preferred the Compete Quadrant (blue) while making the project as it helps to do things quickly for
the immediate accomplishment of the goals that is in occur case is the project which was based on the Lady Diana
Princess of Hearts.

CONCLUSION
Teamwork requires the effective management to attain
specific goals of the a particular project with the available
resources. A proper management helps in completion of tasks
correctly in minimum time to yield desired results of the
project. This report helped in demonstration of the use of
motivational theories to keep the team motivated and perform
better. Motivational theories such as Maslow Hierarchy of
Needs and Vroom's theory of expectancy helped to keep the
teamwork stable and lead to achieve the goals of the
teamwork. It further explained the role of CVF in self actions
and behaviours.
