INTRODUCTION
Team work can be defined as the group of people where they come together to achieve a
specific task as well as the objective by themselves. Team work can explained as an platform
where individual come together and create a group and get the work done effectively and
efficiently. While establishing team the size of the group is fixed and decided and the max and
mini members are fixed and objective is to observe the goal create a plan and get the work done
and use the necessary environment.(Conde, et.al., 2021)
MAIN BODY
what it was like to work in a team
Team work is the platform where you learn new thing new ideas, views how to achieve the target
in the best possibility ways. Your team is always there to support you to motivate you and guide
you when you stuck somewhere. Platform where you share you share your views share the goals.
yes everyone have there individual goals but when you are in a team it helps you growing the
knowledge and the skills on the personal level. Team can make a person more formal and
perfection in the field.
what we learned from each other
As we all know there is no age limit for learning the new things, while working in the team you
can admire the person who have more experience. You can learn how to plot a plan when to
evaluate it when it is to be performed and by whom. The important factor arises here that if you
listen to your team leader very carefully you can learn lot of things help in gaining the
knowledge about the project we are working on. The way they execute the things how to manage
a team in formal and informal way.(Nylén, U., 2018)
How we organized to work together
Work together means where the member of the team share the field of work and appreciate the
effort of the team member. To achieve the goal and the objective is not enough or not evidence
of successful team but the thing which play an important role is what impression you left behind
while achieving the objective style of work the way you execute it all the factor plays an
important role in the team performance and that is the description of organised team. Well if
there is any big project in that case only well organised and effective team will be preferred. For

the organised team there should be good communication between the members, good inter
relation ans etc.
The challenges we encountered working together
Team work is not the team work until and unless each and every member of the team is
performing if one member of the team is not performing you can not describe it as an good
organised team, lack of the communication and understanding the project which leads to project
delay in time through which there may be difficulties in achieving target on the time.(Whitehair,
Hurley, and Provost, 2018)
CONCLUSION
In this report we discussed about the team work, how team works in an organisation and what
they get to learn while performing and being the part of a team what new things they get to know
in the journey as a team from starting to end. Yes there are so many things we learn we face
problems but that's why we establish a thing called team where your senior your junior and us
work together on the same goal same target yes there bare some challenges but they can be
solved.
