INTRODUCTION
Nursing is the collaborative and the autonomous care of the all ages individuals, family,
communities, groups. It includes the prevention of illness and the care of ill persons and
promotion of health and disabled and dying people. It is said to be an integral part of system of
health care. The nurse is a person who completed a basic program which generalized education.
Generally, nurse is the professional which are having the ability and education for caring for
their patients. They are the one who are responsible for total caring and by using their basis
knowledge for the caring of the patients. As per the given context, teamwork is the key factor in
any field to make the stronger relationship and productive dimension in the field of the Nursing.
The teamwork states the coordination within any two groups or individual. Which formulate a
benefits while doing any task. The concept of teamwork in the field of nursing is very important.
In this, nursing is a profession which provides physical care, help, prevention of illness. Nursing
are the health care professionals who focuses on the individual care and also their families to
help in recovering from their bad health and help in increasing the quality of life with the optimal
health (Kim and et. al., 2016).
As per the chosen topic, the nursing and the teamwork is always correlated for the betterment of
the physical yield because from the childhood, it is being seeing that teamwork is very necessary
in the health care department. The relationship between the nurse and doctor are necessary. The
team work of nurse and doctor have the major role in the patients treatment. Where the patients
treatment plays the role as the teamwork for the diagnosis of the disease and symptoms. For
example- A patient in a case of surgery, where doctor is only available during the surgery where
the nursing workers are always available from the treatment to the medication. Where the
nursing staff is there in the caring the patient in all the activities in each and every step from the
start to the discharge of the patients. After the diagnosis the patient comes in contact with the
nursing staff where nursing staff shows the teamwork with the patient. In this step the nursing
staff care about the patient after the surgery where they are associated to care for them and help
them out in the delivering the proper medicine and caring in attaining the better health where
their role in to checking their food and proper diet, to check whether the patient is taking his or
her medicine on time or not, they also take care whether they need to use the basis facilities
which is using the toilet etc (Hafsteinsdóttir and et. al., 2017) Then after, the nursing shows the
teamwork with the pharmacist, here the nursing staff is responsible for getting the medicines

from the pharmacy shop which is in the hospital premises. Here, the nursing staff is advised to
give the proper dose of medicine to the patients on time where the injection and all the drugs are
included. Here, pharmacist gives the instruction for the quantity dose which is sufficient for the
patients and the nursing staff follows those instruction and care about their patient which gives
the better health and procrastinate care. In this era of the COVID, nursing staffs of all the
countries showed the beast teamwork in all of the world where the nursing staff comes like the
warriors and given their contribution the care and treatment of the COVID patient by not
thinking about their self. In this time they have shown the ultimate teamwork with the society
with co relation with the doctors and the government. Where they were not safe from the virus
themself but they were willingly giving their best for the caring of the corona patients. They
were giving their maximum time as the health care by avoiding their personal life. They called as
the warriors where they were willingly and without thinking of getting infected by the virus they
continue caring about their patients (Needham and et. al., 2016). They are the one has given their
best to the society in this hard time and proof that they care for their patient more than their own
life which is so inspirational for the others. Many of the nursing staff get infected too but after
that they firstly care for their patient not about themselves. This bravery has made an example on
the world level where in the hard time, where everyone were fearing from the virus, Doctors and
nursing staff were the one who cares for their patient without show any type of discrimination
which everyone were appreciating them. Many of the nursing staff and the doctors have also got
infected during treating the patients and also given their life in this journey. Nursing staff also
plays their role in showing the teamwork in their family in context of their personal life where
the nurse as a husband or wife play their team role with their family too. They also care for the
people during any accident during spending of their personal life. As for example, generally
when they are enjoying their vacations with their family or friends and there is any type of
accident them they care for accidental people and they care for them till the ambulance and other
facilities comes (Phelan and et. al., 2018)
While on this the academic education is a matter part in the nurses life, the team work session is
started from the schooling to college. The total scenario is going through the practical session of
class in which the group as work together to form the practical and that will help a nurse to
posses the same chapter in work. The academic study of the nurse is a relevant base in which the
practical knowledge is more efficient as compared to theoretical knowledge. In this, the

theoretical knowledge is all about how to make the patient strong and confident and built a
harmony towards the life and make a positive environmental (Caldeira and et. al., 2017). The
nurses are always good in the practical skill which its is more useful in the daily life of the
patient to make them cure and prevent form the disease. As we seen in the recent time, in covid
there are many of doctor, nurse and medical team member make a combine and try to save many
of life by proper communication and coordination that helps to save in many life. The proper
evidence of this is recent time of covid, in this how medical team and other play the vital role
and a perfect recombination in row to save thousand to lakh life (Wolf and et. al., 2018). This
proper team work is started initially by the academic and from the collage session. The team
transparent and a formulate a better core of learning's in nurses life that they how play a perfect
and team or individual role and perform well in every aspect. The main idea to deal with the
teamwork in nurse because it is very rare and non noticeable by the many of people. Everyone
appreciate the senior generally doctor and other but the core part of medical is nurse so this is
some words to put the light on life of nurse which is very rare. As per the above they make very
differ net role and team with many of them at a same time such as team with doctor, patient,
pharmacist, medical staff and this team work create a smooth function and positive environment
in where they work and place that are efficient for their knowledge. So the nurses are base of any
medical team which nature is collaborative and attentive for the many of days. For example: if
any person is need physical care then nurse are always while on diagnosis, in medication, in their
personal hygiene and many of them to make recover fast. They always good in motivating
patient to keep the their strength and be fit soon as per the duration (Hassan and et. al., 2016).
CONCLUSION
As per the above context, nurse are the core part of the medical team which helps in
promoting the health part, caring in the illness, providing proper management of disease and
moral support to being healthy and fit. They coordinated with doctor, patient and other to cure
the disease and make a benefit chart table for the hospital as per the agenda with business. They
support the profitability of the hospital or clinics by their supporting role and time. Hospital are
the second home of nurses. So per the above the team work, coordination of the nurse are good
in their field while their is no any issue to collaboration with hospital staff to doctor. They
complete their oath to saving the life and they risk their life for others.
