care industry, mostly this type of situation arouse in emergency cases.
The solution of those barriers in the healthcare sector:
In today’s world if an industry wants to survive in a competitive market they need to
overcome all of those barriers of problems which they are generally facing.
A person cannot be born as a leader. Practice, training and experience
make them best in their field as well.
Supervisors or leader nurse must be very kind, emphatic and responsible
as well. A responsible nurse can understand only that keeping good term with their
subordinates always keep healthy and cheerful work environment (Reiss-Brennan et al.,
2016).
To solve the conflict a leader need to be very patient and intelligent as
well. Because inside a team every person are not same. Disagreement is quiet natural in

Conclusion:
Team management is a huge responsibility for a leader. A team is made up of more than
one employee and every employee is different from one another. In that case, the leader needs to
be that much experienced and calm to handle and all of their teammates with zero conflict and
disagreement. If I consider myself as a team leader or a leader nurse I will try to give proper
training to my trainee nurses. I would like to give them all of those experiences which a nurse
can face as an issue throughout her career. Only this way I can made them best in their field.
