In order to conduct the presented, there were in total 4 of the members who were
involved were helpful enough to consider the areas that are required to be covered. Each of
people involved possesses different type of skills and capabilities and the type of perception that
have also differs. Support of each member is important so that the aim set can be attained in
effective manner. The presentation developed was on Robotic vacuum cleaner in which efforts
made by individuals are nothing, for cleaning up the floor, this equipment is highly effective.
At the initial stage, there was different type of issues that were faced by each of the
member was taking up the efforts to divide the work. It is important that proper steps are taken
so that they are able to divide each of the tasks and initiating them. For this aspect, I was the one
to identify the tasks that were required to be covered. When these are done, then it becomes
favourable enough to start the work. However, it was important for me to make analysis of the
type of skills and capabilities that each one possesses but I did not had any information regarding
this. However, with the help of interaction that took place helped in determined the interest that
preferences that each one them possessed. In of the best thing that happened was that all member
were agreeing to the division of tasks done by me but there were some of the activities there not
preferred by members to perform as they did not had any type of knowledge for the same
(Walther, Miller and Kellam, 2012). For example, one of the member had to make the
presentation by he did not had any experience for the same. However, there was one another
member who had this experience and so both worked together and made the presentation.
There were set of aspects that caused issues like lack of effective communication. This is
an important aspects that each of the member need to possess. When the rate of interaction
among members is low, then it becomes difficult to coordinate and the tasks that need to be
completed within speculated time period got delayed. There are many activities there were set up
and each of them required to be completed within the set time period. With this respect, we faced
issue because of lack in communication and thus the confusion raised. It was identified that when
any task got delayed, then all the other remaining tasks also got affected (Jefferson and
Anderson, 2017). This totally affected the time final deadline that was decided by us for
completing the presentation. However, to make sure that the presentation is completed within the
set line, then it was important that the time that were taken to complete the activities are reduced.
Further, it is required for the individuals to have leadership skills so that all are able to take
initiative and work towards the tasks that are assigned. However, in our case there were facing

issues in relation with making a person taking up initiative. Each and every member possessed
different type of perception and the set of coordination at the initial state was low. In addition to
this, the rate of management at the initial stage was also low. But with the initiative that was
taken by me helped each one to make division of the work and to provide appropriate direction
with the help of which the work can be completed.
I suppose that I was able to take up initial to list out the tasks that were required to be
covered. Further, there are consideration that is needed to be made in relation with the skills,
capabilities and willingness of the individuals. By considering all these, I was able to divide the
work and make each one interested in completing them is appropriate manner. Further, I also
possess effective research skill. When any type of information is searched on internet, then there
are many links that are available and it becomes difficult to select the most appropriate one that
can provide relevant information. In this aspects, with the skill that I possessed, I was able to
provide learning towards the considerations that has to be made when most suitable link are to be
selected. Further, I was the one who was able to provide proper direction to all members
regarding the ways that can be applied to complete the task. At initial stage, individuals were not
happy with me provide them with tasks but when the work was going on with proper direction,
then the rate of support from the side of each member also raised (Smith, 2010). In accordance
with the support that was received from side of members were also high when they realised that
the steps taken by were effective enough to carry out the presentation in appropriate manner.
When talking about all the members, at the initials stage the coordination was low as
individuals trust rate was close to zero. However, with time and performing each activities
together we were able to develop trust and confidence towards the each other. It was identified
that when a task is performed by a single person, then the total time that is consumed will be
high when same task is performed by a group. One of the member in the group possessed
problem solving skills and he was helpful enough to analyse the situation and take up appropriate
steps through which the condition can be solved.
In order to enhance the future performance, I have realised that each member should have
done some research regarding the topic. When this is done, then it becomes favourable enough
for each one to determine the areas that should be covered. Apart from this, it is also required to
have a leader who has proper understanding of the activities that each member should carry out.

the tasks.
