1) What did you learn about your preferred style of working within a team?
There is need of effective cooperation and cooperation at the time of working in a team. I
prefer to communicate regularly with the team members so that the work is carried effectively. It
is analysed that team working skills gets enhanced by completing the assigned project in team
(Driskell, Salas and Driskell, 2018). It is necessary to interact with the members in the team so
that all the members are aware about the work that they have to complete. It is necessary to
follow the leader so that better results are attained. I believe the cooperation is the best style to
work in a team.
2) What skills did you have to utilise to ensure the tasks were completed successfully?
There is need of fist of all team working skills in order to work in a team. This helps to
carry on the meetings of timely basis and manage the work in best suitable manner. It helps to
carry on all the activities as they are assigned. I believe that there is need of time management
skills so that real success is attained at the time of working. This helps to manage the work and
attain all the tasks successfully.
3) What skills/traits did you use to work within the team, and to what extent do you think
it was a success?
I used to work with effective research skills. This helps me to carry all the assigned work on time
and attain best results. There were different topics in the presentation that we have to cover.
There is need of good knowledge and research skills that helps to achieve success (Lacerenza
and Et. Al., 2018). The skills helped me to understand the topic in effective manner. There is key
role of using the particular skill in effective manner so that team is able to attain success.

4) How did you/the team communicate; was it effective?
There was formal meeting in which communication takes place. We used to discuss the
roles and responsibilities. All the students are different from one another and due to this reason
all the activities were carried on right time. There is need of managing the work with proper
communication as it helps to develop the relations and solve all the problems that take place. The
direct meetings were one of the best mode of communication used.
5) Was there any conflict within the team, and if so, how did you resolve it?
Yes, the conflict regarding the roles and responsibilities took place. No one was ready to
take the topics being assigned by leader (Klaic, Burtscher and Jonas, 2020). The conflicts were
time wasting and I was fearful that we will not be able to complete the project on right time. But
the leader conducted SWOT analysis of the team members so that the topics related to their
strengths is suggested.
6) What might you do differently in future team-based tasks/activities?
It is important that all the team members agree to the leader. In future, I will work on the
task in better manner. No I have developed various skills such as time management,
communication, team working skills, that will help me to carry on the project effectively in
future. I would also like to lead a team as I have observed the leader effectively in this task.
