Apparel brand has been previously focusing upon the manufacturing of the apparels and
shoes but they were not much focused upon the profit which was less than the competitors
thus to eliminate that thing, the company has decided to make certain goals for the employees
and all the stakeholders to increase team participation and motivate them to take their
responsibility on their own. After the development of goals their effect on team has been
noted in a proper report and them the meeting notes are planned to see the effect on the team.
Moreover there are certain third party reports prepared to see the support and participation of
external stakeholders on the designed goals.
