Introduction
Project management is the process by which various applications like method, skills,
knowledge is being followed. This is done in order to make project achievable with the
objectives in the specified period of time and also budget is handled to make proper utilization of
money spent over a project. It makes an desired goals to be achieved and for this only
appropriate approach is applied with controlling and managing execution in effective manner.
After making completion of report end project is being prepared by the manager of project for
gaining outcome over evaluating of lessons to be learnt. So, there should be proper management
and execution of project is very effective. When the report is completed then there has to be a
preparation of report which is known as end project report that has been prepared by manger of
project to gain outcomes for evaluating and lessons learning possible. It makes completion of
project in future in better manner by covering all flaws that were there in previous project with
effective manner. In this report execution and control of an project is being related through
launching of an event by QA Higher Education College that can publish technological
constructed building with number of students that can be used for attracting students. Application
of PRINCE-2 model is to be used for controlling of entire project is to be made successful.
Reflection with self-competence is achieved with executing of roles and responsibilities that is
done with the help of end of project report.

approach to be applied for controlling and executing of project in planned manner. So, that

gaining of high satisfaction to be achieved. This is important to deal with activities related for
project and controlling of data related by gathering analysis with efficacy of cost within related
time period. Also managing of project is done. Controlling of project is the process that is being
used for measuring aspects of project which is helpful in marking out problems that can occur in
a project to gain better outcomes to be achieved. Various process are included in controlling of
project which makes project planning, budgeting, risk management, change management,
forecasting, performing management etc. All these processes can help QA Higher Education
College in maximising the quality of the project related with launching technological constructed
building so that the admissions in college can increase. It can also help in improving the brand

on investment, teams should continuously learn from experience, clear delegation of roles and
responsibilities, staying focused on final deliverable etc (Kucher, Heldak and Orlenko, 2018). All
these principles can help in effective execution of project so that the project can be completed on
time and in an efficient manner. Following are the processes in the PRINCE2 approach which
can help QA Higher Education College in completing the project: Starting the project: This project mandate is being created in which goals has to be
achieved over determining of necessity and is required to be approved by project
manager. Directing a project: After approval project resources is needed to be determined through
efficacy in team that has been formed over roles and responsibilities among members
delegating them roles as per there performance. Initiating the project: The project plan has been formed by creating as per timeline over
related activities for making project to be completed. Six target of project like time, cost,
quality, scope, risk and benefit is being determined at this stage only. Controlling: Project is being divided under various components for making working
more efficient to be managed and progress to be projected with controlling while making
necessary changes. Managing product delivery: At this stage progress of project that has been comparing
with parameter of success decided. For this only continuous review and monitoring
should be done with correction. Managing stage boundaries: At this stage closer is done at each stage and mangers is
being reviewed with outcomes for ensuring that project is right on track.
Closing a project: This stage the project is being closed after achieving final deliverable

outcome is to be achieved. Event relation is related to launching of technological construction of
building and this is going to result into increasing of number and improvising of admission of
college along with improvement of brand image within the market.
This is going to benefit that has been achieving through completion of project which has
been maximizing interest of stakeholders like students, teachers, principals, supplier, contractor,
government etc. Also project education should be done with more effective and development to
place. The benefits has been achieved when completion of project is done by maximizing of
interest of stakeholders like students, teachers, principal, suppliers, contractors, government.
Through this project education is being done in more effective manner and over all development
has to take place along with improving efficiency and technology education is too achieved
despite of time and place of student. Further it is helpful in enhancing of brand image within the
market. So, admissions of college increases that is helpful in raising funds of college. Teacher
has been improving learning of students. Project is being achieved and goals with objectives is
also accomplished after it is completed(Kim, Chang and Castro-Lacouture, 2020).
Manger of project has been trying to keep project under original scope by applying of
various approaches for controlling and managing of project to make delivery to be done in
effective manner. This has been helping in making project to be completed that is having budget
of £50000 and 6 months. Also quality is also improved to high level and better outcome is being
achieved.
While completing the project manager is effectively used PRINCE2 approach that has
helped in continuous reviewing of progress in the project that is going to make effective change
with required time. This has been helping over improving of quality of project with enhancing

assigned in proper manner to employees. Changes that has been made is related over establishing
effective communication among members that has been allocating of resources to complete
project in effective manner. Changes in original plan is to be done for making analysis of
challenges that has to be faced during project is to be deal in effective manner. Things like
effective communication, resources conflict, determining accountability among team members
with difficulty in decision making is covered under it. Also respect is related with plan that is
having improved team members which has to perform roles and responsibilities in effective
manner. Using Gantt Chart WBS, effective communication tool by the project manager and
improving of quality is done by them which makes enhancement possible of project to be
enhanced (Galli, 2018).
During the project I was part of project team that has helped in enhancing over learning
and skills with abilities in effective manner. So that I could effectively perform roles and
responsibilities. As per the project I have learned various completing of project in enhanced
manner that has helped in my personal and professional learning with coordination and effective
team members. I have learnt that various lessons has been learned to enhancement of
coordination is going to make efficacy in working of employee. I have learn that helping in
making successful completion of project possible. Also it has been learned by me that various
leadership style exist that has to be followed by organization to make process and approach
possible over completion of project. I have learned that communication should be effective with
team members and flow of information to take place smoothly and also makes work to be done
by team members in effective manner. Also things were going well during project which is
having analytical and critical thinking abilities that helped in making effective decision during
project. I however needed to be improved stress management skills that has helped me in
managing problem and solving efficacy. This reduces stress level and make work perfection
possible. Managing of project should be done in managing of resources with effectiveness and
has helped in completing of project on time. Also application of PRINCE2 approach that has
went well during project in gaining of outcome of project per desire. Recommendation that has
been helping in completion of project on time with better an effective manner in future and roles
of team members is distributed that is based on capabilities of employees. This makes
completion of task possible that too within time period. This makes team members ton review
their work in timely manner for improving of flaws within project at starting only and makes
effect results to be achieved. Also members is able to review their performance which makes
them gain knowledge over results that has to be attained form it. Democratic kind of leadership
can be used over helping in improving decision making during the project along with
improvising and engaging of employees. This makes high quality of results to be achieved. I can
also improve engagement of employees to make high quality of results. I have improvise skills
that is related over managing time for making more effective completing of work within
stipulation period of time with efficiency to be improved.
The risk that I felt that would have been identified earlier before starting of project that is
having availability of sufficient resources, effective, communication among members of team.
Also effective communication is required for making smooth flow of information possible. This

management should be unavailability of team members that is involved in team over preventing
me in identifying of risks. This is going to avoid identifying efficacy in team members before

From the above report it can be said that it is important that effective approach is used
while managing a project so that it can be controlled and executed in an efficient manner which
can help in achieving the desired objectives on time. Also it is essential that a EOP report is
formed after the completion of the project which can help in evaluating what went wrong during
the project and how it can be improved so that future projects can be made better.
