In today' world the services industries are growing more rapidly as compare to

customer satisfaction. Technological development within a service organisation or in hospitality
sector plays a significant role as it help in simplifying the process of reducing the hurdles in
delivering services and be able to provide quicker and most reliable services which brings up
maximum customer satisfaction (Dong and et. al., 2017). The main use of technology in term of
rendering the services related with hospitality sector are providing online services in term of
booking services, e-payments, assessing the information, checking experience of other
customers etc. These in turn help in attracting the customers toward an organisation and also
support in forming up their decision in term of purchasing services. But on the other side, these
benefits are being availed by an hotel only when it become able to implement the technological
changes in effective manner. As lack of learning and understanding of employees toward
technological integration in term of services may result into failure of proper utilisation of
technology, increase the number of issues, dissatisfaction of employees etc. For determining this
a study over the Four season hotel will be performed in this project which offer a luxury
hospitality services in London and rest of the world by maintaining the chain of hotels and
resorts throughout the world.

Learning sessions conduction on regular basis plays a crucial role in the growth as well as
development of employees and preparing them for future challenges specially in term of
technological development. This is so because it help in developing and understanding of
employees in term of making effective use as well as implementation of technological changes
within the organisation and its absence results into failure of business in term of satisfying

business need (Mohammadyari and Singh, 2015). For performing this project the Four session
hotel taken into consideration which is a luxury hotel headquartered in Canada. It maintains
around 100 hotels worldwide in order to provide hospitality related services. This season provide
variety of services to the customers in order to enhance their experience a little more luxurious
and delighting which make the whole worth to the amount that customers pay off. The four
season hotel mainly focuses over brining regular changes in term of its technology so that high
quality services can be delivered to the customers. But in order to implement them effectively
within the organisation it is crucial for them to organising regular learning sessions for its
employees so that effective implementation of changes can be possible. This is because absence
of learning sessions in term of technological development brings up sever issues that not only
increase the cost of company and error but also affect the image of company in term of its
performance and promises it give to consumers.
Rationale
The main aim of conducting this project is to determine the role of technological
development within an service organisation along with the issues that get arises due to lack of
learning among the employees. This also support investigator in enhancing its knowledge in term
of issues mainly found in organisation in term of technological implementation and role of
regular learning sessions for employees as well as performance of an organisation. This

customers, enhance the reservation system by providing services detail online, maintaining a
better communication system, in room technology for providing a better experience to them etc.
These all contribute toward increasing the level of improvement in term of practices or
organisational performance that further put emphasis toward increasing the customers attention
toward the quality of services it provide and hence results into greater market performance.

Source of data :- For gathering information regarding an investigation two sources are
used such as primary and secondary source of information. In order to perform this investigation
effectively both primary and secondary sources will be used where primary data will be gathered
