handling design and many more. These problems can be investigated in various ways, they
include identifying the root cause of the failure as well as explore their countermeasures,

the process is carried out in a sequential manner. This would prevent occurring in loopholes
in the system. The influence of manufacturing quality should be reviewed. These process
loopholes can be prevented from occurring by following some measures. They are reducing
the amount of iterations; improve staff utilization, sharing of learning, delivery of high
quality result in a consistent rate and drive down the cost incurred in projects.
