Stress is the part of an individual’s life; it is how an individual deal with it defines, how he
handles a situation. Meditation is one of the ways through which an individual can get his life
back on the track (Lacey, et al., 2014). The meditation helps an individual to focus on
positive things thus leading to the proper management of the issues in life. The reason it
stands out to me is that the technique is helpful in calming down one’s mind and reducing the
rate of negative thoughts. Moreover, it brings the life of an individual into focus and where an
individual is able to manage the things in life effectively (Lacey, et al., 2014).
The information that was gained was the right technique of breathing that ensures better way
of managing the stress. The technique of breathing is highly useful in inhaling the fresh air
and exhaling the impure air or the negativity of the body. The information that is derived can
be used in the life so that I can bring my life on track. I can use it to achieve the work
balance where I can do the things in timely manner.
The information can be used in an effective manner where I can start my mornings with
positivity by breathing in the fresh air and exhaling the negativity from the mind. The
meditation if performed on a regular basis sorts a life of an individual to positivity and an
individual is able to maintain the good relations with each other (Lacey, et al., 2014).
