permission from the higher authority. In order to deal with the situation when the meeting
with the employees has been arranged, in that place, the manager gets to know about the
issues regarding the data management process in the company.
It has been identified that due to lack of proper management system in the clerical
employees were dealing with several problems. It has also been identified in this study that
due to improper management the employees were not clear about their responsibilities in the
organization. This can be said that it has created problems in the monthly uses report.
Although the process of management in the organization was not quite impressive, it was
running in an ordinary process. After joining the organization, the general manager has tried
to bring the changes in the organization by adopting related several changes. In order to ring
the changes, the manager has adopted stoke and investment employee management related
strategy. However, in the case of applying the strategies in the organization, the manager has
faced various disappointment. Due to excessive expectation, the manager thought that the
ideas would be appreciated by the higher authority. By facing much disappointment from the
organization, the manager has started blaming himself. This has increased the stress and self-
doubt in him. This has increased the mental illness of the manager. Due to stress and extreme
disappointment, the manager named Ed has started blaming himself.

After analysing the entire situation, I have analysed that the major cause of this loss
was the discouragement and unreasonable expectation. As the manager named Ed has no
practical experience in managing an organization, therefore in the case of applying the
theoretical knowledge the disappointment increases. In the initial stage, when the manager

better for him to analyse the situation. On the other hand, I believe that lack of cooperation
from the higher authority was the main cause of this situation. If the authority had cooperated
with the manager to implement the management practices, this would have been better for the
organization too. I believe the previous manager of the organization was not capable enough
to manage the team properly. Lack of leadership management practices in the organization
can be responsible for this. Due to this reason lack of discipline among the employees is
being analysed. As per my opinion, the manager was also quite impatient. Before adopting
any organizational strategy, the research is very important. Within the few days of joining the
manager had adopted the strategies, which have faced the failure. After analysing the study, I
have also analysed the whole management system is very inactive in the company. Therefore
the innovation has not being appreciated by anyone.

On the other hand, before developing any practices in the organization, research needed to be

Decision criteria
In this study, it has been mentioned that in order to deal with the organizational problems the
company needs to focus on adopting proper management practices in the organization. In the
above portion, it has been suggested that proper research is needed in the organization for
analysing the internal situation of the employees. If this strategy is being adopted in the
organization, this will help the organization to understand the situation of the employees.
Through this process, the internal organizational culture of the company can be improved.
As the study has already mentioned that due to lack of discipline in the organization, the
employees are not dedicated towards their job, therefore, the rate of absence increases. This
has been suggested that if the proper timeline is developed in the organization, this will help
to increase the efficiency of the employees (Bloom, Sadun and Van Reenen 2015). On the
other hand, different training and development practices need to be adopted by the company
for increasing the efficiency. By developing proper budgeting, the related development
practices can be properly done (Donate and de Pablo 2015). Different reward and recognition
offers are required in the case of motivating the employees towards their work. On the other
hand, it has also been suggested that if the organization focuses on developing proper
leadership management strategy in the organization, this will be helping in the case of
discipline among the employees. This will make the employees responsible for their job.
Another way, this can be said that by developing the proper communication among the
employees, the company will be able to motivate the employees towards their work.

Discussion
After analysing the entire study, this can be said that the company needs to focus on
adopting the leadership strategy on the organization in the case of dealing with the
organizational issues. By adopting this strategy, the internal culture of the company can be
developed. On the other hand, this can be said that the leadership strategy is very effective in
the case of motivating the employees towards organizational goals and objectives. By
adopting the leadership practices, the managers will be able to understand the needs and
demands of the employees. This can be said that leadership techniques are being used in the
case of bringing both the personal and professional development.
Implementation
Implementation of the proper management plan in the organization is very important
(Beske, Land and Seuring 2014). This can be said that by implementing the management
strategies the managing committee of the organization named Techno Greats will be able to
develop proper managerial practices in order to avoid this kind of disappointing situation. In
this study, it has been identified that due to lack of proper communication and managerial
practices the organizational failure has occurred. As stated by Lee, Shiue and Chen (2016), in
order to deal with the situation organizational research is very important. This will be helping
to analyse in which areas the developments are required. Measuring the organizational
performance is another important part of the implementation process. Depending on the
performance of the employees, if the organization is growing or not can be understood by the
managers (O'Neill, Beauvais and Scholl 2016). The meetings need to be arranged with the
higher authorities on the regular basis. Through this process, the higher authority will be able
to understand what kind of issues the employees are facing. In the study, it has been
identified that most of the times in the case of employee absence, the other employees are
being replaced. This also another important reason for performance quality issue in the

8PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT
Measuring success
As the issues have been occurred in the organization due to lack of attention, therefore, if the
proper management practices will be introduced in the company, it will need adequate
monitoring. On the other hand, Helmreich and Merritt (2017) opined that in order to bring the
cultural changes, the Human resource management practices are needed to be introduced. By
using different management tools, the organization will be able to analyse the performance of
the employees (DKPA 2017). On the other hand, the technical record needs to be maintained
in order to get the statistical data. By introducing different training and development material,
the internal performance of the company can be improved. Therefore, this can be concluded
that in order to measure the organizational success, the values, mission and vision needed to
be determined (Pruskowski et al. 2017). In this case, believe of the managers on their
employees is very important. Another way this can be said that the success can be measured
by analysing the employee satisfaction in the organization.
