ABSTRACT
Dissertation is mainly conducted to get the detailed study of the research topic. In this
various methods are used to gather informations and also findings are to be interpreted to analyse
the reviews of the employees and managers to whom the details are gather. Thus, in this
dissertation report, researcher select the topic which is relevant to globalisation and its matters
related to technological advancement. Thus, in this report, topic is selected on the bases of
identifying the various contribution which is used in context of technology advancement to
determine the factors relating to global level. Globalisation is the process through which it
provides facilities to the companies to expand their business globally and also free transportation
are to be given so that companies can easily transfer their goods and services to other countries.
Thus, in global world technology is the major aspects which connect many country by adapting
the best possible way to interact with other country. Technology connects many people and
countries and also helps companies to interact with people through their innovative ideas.
Due to changes in time technology are to be amended and also the innovation are to be
committed by organisation if they are planning to expand their business operations in global
market. This research is mainly based on apple company which is the top most multinational
technology based company which was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald
Wayne in 1976. Due to having the strong brand image in market various competitors arise
regarding the innovative products and services. The objectives of this topic is relating to
identifying various trends in technological globalization and also the benefits of technological
globalization in multinational organization. It also results in adapting the challenges & problems
imposed by the technological advancement to multinational corporation in particular and to
global economy. The main reason of choosing this topic is that it provides detailed study about
the technological globalisation and its awareness which is used by apple company to enter into
global market.
The limitation which is faced in completing this dissertation is resulting in collecting data
and information relevant to that topic. Thus, by choosing the literature reviews methods, it
reflects the reviews of various authors regarding the selected topic which mainly present this
research in systematic manner. Different theme are discussed and also various authors had shared
