Business environment is related to marketing activities and includes factors that impacts
enterprise's ability to build strong relationship with customers. It includes clients, competitors,
technology and laws, government activities with social and economic trends in world wide.
Tesco is UK based multinational organisation which deals in groceries and general merchandise
in retailing. Its headquarter is in England. It is third largest retailer in world.
This report explains about various types of organisations and their legal structure and how they
contribute to satisfying various stakeholders.

role in job creation and as a employer (Briscoe,Tarique and Schuler, 2012). It provides 90%
approximately of employment in developing nations and it provides rare goods and service to
government and nation and also gives contribution in tax revenues of government and flow of
capital. that plays a major role in our economy and contributes large share in world wide. In
large multinationals include Apple, tesco, Marks&Spencer and Pepsi these are large giants that

important . Dealers also devote their best to the organisation by accomplish their tasks and

take care of their needs and wants so that they satisfy from their services. In future an
organisation by understand value and importance of stakeholders can expand their business and
give best value to the world. With the help of stakeholders organisation can compete with
competitors and beat their rivals in competitive world in private and public sector. In future if
public sector have to expand its business then it have to evaluate the future aspects of country
and their environment so that they become successful in that scenario also in that case stake
holders also help in succeed in business environment and gain objectives and goals. For that they
give full knowledge about new product and services. While dealing in business environment they

corporations appointed by governor of country and it is confirmed by senate. It established

state. These are all responsible to regulate and solve all local affairs within the authorised rules
