INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is the main practice which is used by an
individual for the purpose of developing their skills and abilities. This is a way for people to
assess their own skills and abilities, including their aims and objectives for the purpose of realise
their true potentials. This is important for each individual to conduct environment analysis and
come to know how an organisation could be affected by managing functions. The current project
is based on application of technology advancement on education effectiveness that covered under
first project. This is important for each individual and organisation to use new technology and
innovation that can help to develop the education skills. New technology is being used in
teaching method via online and practical learning approaches that supports to improve
performance. The report covers literature review, aims and objectives, results and finding that
improve understandings (Raja and Nagasubramani, 2018).
Technological tool play major role for working culture improvement and new skills
learning approaches in recent market trend. It gives easier methods for completion of task and
provides easier practices for completion of work. Technology application in education
department is best practices for practical learning and it not only useful for new skills
development and improvement but it’s also provides long term or future benefits. This study will

As per the view of Gokbulut, (2020) technological advancement provides idea about practical
approaches and gives idea to apply new techniques in learning process. Teachers when consider
to provides education with video creation, presentation, project development with technological
tools and many more its great approach for learning (Simamora, 2020).
Technology advancement is the new term to understand in which different ways, tools, and
practices are used to make easier thing. This is important for each person to analysis changing
trend in education and introduces new technology which can help to manage all activities. It has
been seen that students can collaborate on group projects by using technology based tools such
as google docs, and wikis. To improve the learning and managing all functions there is need to
use technology advancement that can help to develop individual skills and abilities to work. The
technology is used to provide with easy to access information, accelerated learning, and fun
opportunities to practice that can help to develop understanding and maintain good performance.
This is important for each individual to understand what new technology is using by students for
the purpose of improving their learning and take participation in educational event and
programmes which can help to develop knowledge and complete the study (Irons and Elkington,
2021).

learning methodologies so that the potential learning can be made by the students with the help
of online notes. These are the notes which must be available on the website of the education
institution to order personal meetings with the students so that they can read out at their own
convenience. developing a student management system is another technological strategy and tool
which will be beneficial for the education institution to use in the process of learning. This is
because their education institution must provide and develop the student management systems in
which all the live and recorded lectures must be available in order to complete the assignments
and exams as well. This helps the students in accessing the information system of student
management and can download their study materials from the information system provided by
the education institution. Moreover, scheduling the problem-solving sessions on a frequent basis

with its culture and values. It is an effective approach as it is easier to evaluate and collect the
information. Primary and secondary both types of detection methodology are used in the current
research. Primary is used in the form of a survey with the help of a questionnaire where there are
total 5 questions and 10 students who will be responding to those questions which is a directory
of collecting the data. Secondary is used in the form of books and journals along with the articles
and internet from the indirect sources. Its major essential term that when researcher evaluate
research they have to develop data protection with application of passwords and lock methods on
laptop otherwise hacker hack the collected information and it directly impacts on new decision-
making. Researcher has major responsibility that when they take research they not provide harm
to society people. Also students and teachers who provide answer they have to consider that they
not share information to others (Zhou, Wu, Zhou and Li, 2020).
