Abstract
An aged care facility is one of the service facilities that ought to be run and managed with
a lot of professionalism. The needy people in these care homes need a lot of attention and care,
and thus rehabilitation tools and services should be installed and implementation of technologies
that can help in reaching to their needs through monitoring their state as providing feedback to
the nurses. This will help in increasing their satisfaction, their family members’ satisfaction, and
the overall care facility satisfaction as well. This is thinking and reflects project on Villa Maria
Catholic homes which is a disability service and care organization based in East Melbourne. The
reflector project is an explanation of how the above-mentioned services in a care providing
organization can be achieved.

Community foundations
To approach the above the mentioned stakeholders and communicate with them
regarding the purchase of new rehabilitation tools and equipment , implementation of existing
technology options that can monitor older people with special needs and provide feedback to our
nurses, I would use two approaches or paths to reach the relevant stakeholders. These are the
least resistance path and taking the high road path or stakeholder approaching method. For the
least resistance method, it would be applicable to ensure that no waves are made in stakeholders
and would simply report to closes ones on a regular basis, the closest one, in this case, are Health
charities and specialist health charities, Hospitals, Home care providers and Granting agencies
For the project to be successful and more importantly monitoring of the older people, it
will be important to communicate to the stakeholder in the same. To reach each and every
stakeholder on ways of using technology to monitor the old age, I would use the following ways
to pass the information and address the ethical concerns, (Darter, 2014)

3
1. Creating an environment where the nurses can speak up: with this method, I will call
upon the entire stakeholder for a discussion and decision-making meeting, where the
nurses will address them, raising ethical questions concerning the need to monitor aged
people with better technological tools.
2. Providing ethics experts relating to the need to monitor old age to talk to the stakeholders.
They can be ethics professionals who are clinical professionals. (Rowland, 2018)
Causes of dissatisfaction among stakeholders
Lack of communication and feedback to the stakeholder after the success of the key
activities they were involved in like granting loans to run these technology devises used
to monitor the aged group of the needy. (Wood, 2014)
Change in scope
The best way to communicate the causes of this dissatisfaction to the stakeholders would
engage them in a meeting to address them why such has occurred.
