manner but it has been created several issues in terms of increasing cost, changing perception of
customers and reduction in opportunities for local organizations. Due to adaption of new
technology, requirement of manpower has been reduced as companies are using technology
instead of efficient & competent work force. Apart from this, now customers also likely to
purchase products and services through ecommerce platforms so local shops, departmental stores
are facing a lot of issues in terms of lowering down market demand. On other side, technical
evolution has also bring ample of positive impacts over business by increasing current level of
sales and profit margin, increasing brand awareness and more which also going to cover in the
following assignment.
