which provide services like design, build and promote the e-commerce websites. The founder of
company is Will Gotley who brings out various strategies and decision which help them to use
technology in great manner. The organisation is using technology for their various department
like operating, HR, marketing and accounting too. Assignment is that which will include aims
and objectives of Divigate Ltd, project management plan, structure of work break down with
Gantt chart. Apart from all such it will also include methods of research and analysis is also done
with recommendation and self reflection.

goals and growth can be attained and in great manner. Even the Divigate company can
understand the various advantage of digitalisation in the technique of operation in easier way.

have advantage in great way. Moreover, Work Breakdown structure is such which split the work
into various division and different department so that smooth functioning of work can be done in
great way and all such scenario can help in attaining their goals and objectives in right context
too. Motive behind this is manage and handle the data and larger project of firm which is done in

Such methods are defined below:

interviews, survey and perception. It provides the opportunity regarding ascertainment of
information in the form symbol, name, code etc. (Zott, Amit and Massa, 2011). It helps in
ascertainment of the behaviour and actions of respondents.

resources and time in better manner can help in getting the work in great way which can make
them to earn higher income and profit both at single glance. Proper technique and approach in
training can help to their employees in business to increase their performance as well. Even
though I learned that various method are there which does help in collecting the needed
information from the market and that can be used in organisation to make better decision and
strategy which can help in having a better productivity and profit too. Normally making an data
interpretation can help in general terms as what people do say about their company. I need to
analyse impact of digital technology on company sales and profitability in proper manner.
According to me, company require to execute new and creative ideas and thoughts which can
increasing their growth and success level of firm in the large market place. Due to lack of time, I
